I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. It is in bad need of repairs and maintenance, from the escalators and elevators to the pool paint peeling up from the bottom. Our water pressure in the bathroom was so low I had to go wash my hair at a friends room in the Hilton next door. Fluorescent lighting in the rooms, no cleaning staff.. this was rough. We couldn’t even go to the hotel bar because the escalator makes such a loud screeching sound every 5 seconds or so that echos throughout the entire lobby floor. My friend found a bloody bandaid in their room and another friend found a long black hair in their shower (she has blonde hair). Fingerprint marks on all light switches and touch points- I think this hotel probably (hopefully) cleans the sheets and that’s it in regard to room turnover. I travel for a living and have never seen a Hyatt regency in this bad of shape. Stay elsewhere.
