Dirty carpet, dirty furniture, just plain ugly. The people next door had an argument for over 1 hour until cops show up. Felt like an episode of cops. At one point felt like we were in danger. Worst experience, do not even try it. AWFUL!!

Be aware that the office was closed at 8pm for check in, and the number provided by Expedia was incorrect. I finally went back around and knocked loudly and an irritable man came out from an adjacent room and provided me with the keys after stating that he had texted me earlier, which he had not. Otherwise, the property is terrific at a great price

Only good thing was close to main highway. Room was ok but sounded like running water all night. Group of people decided to take there party outside and quite vocal for awhile. If not so late would of definitely looked elsewhere

A Comfortable Overnight Stay
We had a very nice overnight stay. The suite was clean and spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was comfortable enough. Convenient location, too. For the price, you can’t beat it.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking to time to review our hotel. The resident manager lives on site and the office closes at 7 pm weekdays, Sat at 12 noon and we are closed on Sunday. The 24 hour service number is listed on the front office door. There is someone there 24 hours for assistance for late arrivals and emergencies. Late arrivals are notified prior to let our guest know about the late check in procedure. We are pleased that you liked your room. Thank you had have a great day!

It is what it is. $63 a night is a steal so I really can’t complain about anything. It’s dated but it’s clean, has a micro, stove top and a fridge with ice cold AC. It’s a W.

Weird smell in the bed!
The office staff was friendly and check in went smoothly. The room was a decent size and clean. The kitchen is outdated but clean. We were only staying overnight so the kitchen amenities were not important. Our only complaint was with the gross / weird smell coming from the mattress once we tried to go to sleep. Smelled like moldy cleaner. Neither of us slept well, so we left before daybreak.

It was bright and appeared well maintained. It was very clean. However, I had a room on the end facing the major streets and the street where the cars had to pass to get to the other parts of the property so there was a lot of light and activity past my window all nights. The window only had blinds so there was no way to really block the light. I could have read a book in my room even with the lights out! The room needs blackout curtains. Otherwise it was clean and quiet and well maintained if furnished a bit like you’d find in a a dormitory.

Quick off and on I-95
This facility is easy in and out from I-95, though you'll need to use GPS or map it before getting there by highway. Basic requirements are met...including a stove top if you're inclined to cook something. This is because this is an extended stay facility. They rent out rooms that are not occupied and the rate is excellent for what you get. The interiors were not ritzy, but acceptable for someone looking for a place to hang one's hat overnight on a trek down south. I already recommended this location to a relative heading down to Florida who needed to stop in Rocky Mount.
