Spacious Apartment in the centre of Rome
This is a spacious apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms and a large living / dining room. We booked it as midway point through a rail tour of Italy, as one of the few apartments which had a washing machine. This was a very useful amenity. The apartment stayed cool even though the temperature was rising outside. Other users have identified a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was present. Although the bathroom was clean it would benefit from re-decorating and some fresh grouting. Whilst the apartment is very close to the Trevi fountain, that area is best avoided as it is unpleasantly busy and touristy at all hours. In addition to the usual attractions of the Colosseum and the climb to the top of the dome of St Peters, we would also recommend the park of Villa Borghese, Piazza Cavour and the vibrancy of the Trastevere area of the city.

Three days in Rome
This property was an excellent location to see the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. It was also easy to get a taxi to the Vatican and the Parthenon, which we wanted to spend time at. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a great place to stay

Trevi Apartment
The apartment and location are excellent - just close enough (and far away) from everything. All the sights are a walk away, but the street is still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Family vacation in Rome
Great 2 bedroom apartment centrally located. 20 min walk from the Termini train station, 5 minutes to Trevi fountain. 5 minutes to Barberini Metro. Plenty of great restaurants near by. The apartment is spacious, and easily slept 4 people. Gas stove, microwave, washer (dry clothes outside on a rack)... all the basics you need for a base from which to visit Rome.

Great location for Rome exploration
My family and I had a great vacation while staying here. The apartment was in walking proximity to a good number of the sights we wanted to see and a block from the Metro. The apartment was clean, and modern. a great place to come back to after a busy day exploring Rome.

Great Apartment, Central location
I would highly recommend this apartment located close to Piazza Barberini and a short walk from Trevi Fountain. The apartment was surprisingly large, well kept, nicely furnished with 2 sizeable bedrooms, a large living room, well-equipped kitched and 1.5 bathrooms. The owner, Pierpaolo, was very communicative and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home away from home!
Beautiful, modern spacious apartment 5 mins from Trevi Fountain and 10 from Spanish steps. Many wonderful restaurants/cafes/food stores /shops, etc within a 5-minute walk. Extremely responsive host. We loved this place and would stay again. Apt is on 3rd floor but has small elevator. Be aware that building is on long, but gentle uphill slope (for those with mobility issues). TV doesn’t get any reception in case you want access to news back home, not a Smart tv. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

This apartment did accomodate our family of 5 ( boys ages 22, 19, and 17 comfortably. We all really enjoyed the location since we were able to walk to the Vatican, Travestere, Colosseum…. The one thing that I feel really needs to be addressed is the smell in the main bathroom. It is extremely funky and never went away. Other than that the apartment fit our needs.

We are truly sorry about the inconvenience. Unfortunately in old Roman buildings (our one dates in XVI century) from time to time it can happen to have unpleasant smells due to humidity and old plumbing. This is obviously not depending on us or on apartment cleaning. We’re glad that, when this problem occurs, our guests understand that and give more importance to apartment confort and pisition.

The temperatures outside were extremely hot, but this apartment was a cool haven. There was plenty of room for the family, the rooms are light and airy, the air conditioning was great and the location was terrific. Close to restaurants, the sights and the Metro. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised. Easy check in. Maria was awesome in checking in and showing us the accommodations. 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Metro and taxi stop within 5 min walk. Very clean and comfortable. Nice modern touches and spacious. Laundry and drying rack was a nice bonus. Full fridge and all kitchen amenities you would have from home.

Great apartment, excellent location!
The apartment was great! It was the perfect set up for our family of 5 and met our every need! Great location…within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish steps, and lots of great cafes and shops. Check in was easy, and Pierpaola arranged our airport transfer home which was a great help. We really enjoyed our stay!

The heart of Rome
Make a wish in every fountain and get lost somewhere in the heart of Rome when you stay here. As a family of four, with two of them being teenagers, this was the perfect location with everything you want to see in within a short walk or a quick ride on the metro or bus along with a few hidden gems tucked away nearby. Be sure to check out Luciano’s gelato they have gelato in the shape of the Colosseum, and all the product is natural and the best we’ve ever tasted. The apartment is well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. a home away from home. The owner makes it easy and Maria was wonderful. You can even do laundry if you need to. Additionally, it was a blessing to have a kitchen to cook and keep some quick bites and drinks around and there’s a grocery store right down the street. There’s even a small lift if you need it. When we return Rome again we will definitely be staying here . We stayed in many rentals over the years and this was our best experience ever. Arrivederci, Roma

This is a great location. It is close to Trevi Fountain, and many restaurants. Walking distance to many of the popular sites. Pierpaolo was very helpful to us. Our train was delayed getting into Rome, and he met us personally to check us in. We really appreciated his kindness in helping us when we were delayed. I’d highly recommend this property.

4 Day Rome Vacation
Wonderful location with easy access to metro, train and easy walking distance to several monuments/museums. (Everything seemed to be 15-20 minutes walking.) Safe neighborhood. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Nice to be able to do a load of wash and hang the clothes to dry outside. Only negative was the shower door leaks water on the floor and there was a bit of a musty smell in the apartment but it aired out okay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay. Host was very accommodating. Five minute walk to Trevi Fountain, less than ten minute walk to Pantheon and Spanish Steps (both are in different directions). Many eating establishments are close by. Super market at end of street.

Perfect apartment for a Rome city break
Stayed for a 3 night city break. Apartment was in an amazing location - walking distance to all attractions. We only needed to get the metro once to the Vatican museum and the metro was only a 5min walk. Very comfortable apartment with all amenities needed. Pierpaulo, our host was fantastic and responded to all our questions. He also arranged our airport transfers. Would love to stay again and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Rome.

This apartment was perfectly located to many key attractions. The street was fairly quiet considering the proximity to busy areas. We loved being close to several restaurants and a grocery stop. There was plenty of space for four adults to relax. Maria greeted us upon arrival and we were lucky to gain access before check in time. We definitely would choose this property if visiting Rome again.

Great location, nice unit, but with some problems.
Great location but had some trouble with the unit. The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. The WiFi only worked in the front room, maybe the walls are too thick? The supplies were scarce or non-existent like laundry detergent, spices (even salt & pepper), food storage containers, tissues, etc. Owner wasn't willing to let us drop luggage 2 hours early but not check-in even though the front entry area is gigantic. Communication delays with the owner were long before check-in. On the positive side, it was spacious and clean (minus the bathroom stink). We did arrive 2 hours early and happened to walk past the unit (just so we knew where it was) right as the cleaner was exiting the unit. She asked us if we were checking in and told her yes and in the end she let us in early. I don't think the owner appreciated that due to the phone call we had with him at that moment, but since we crossed paths at a convenient time, they let us check in early.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
We were very happy with this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and it was in a great location. We walked most places and easily took the subway to or from attractions when we were too tired to walk any more. Check in was easy and Pierpaolo was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Laundry especially was very appreciated after having traveled for a while!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was well located close to Metro, Bus, restaurants, as well as walking distance to historical sites such as the Trevi Fountain etc. The apartment itself was very clean, nice and cool, and superbly furnished. We had one small issue where the power went off late at night, but the owner was readily available and quickly assisted to resolve the problem. Another minor issue with a pipe to the bathroom sink leaking into one of our toilet bags but there were 2 bathrooms so we just stopped using that sink!

Spacious Modern and Great Location
We loved staying in this apartment. It was recently renovated and spotlessly clean. It was great having 2 bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. It has a lift but it’s very small so we used the stairs and the apartment is located at the top of the street. Location is perfect, near all the must see spots. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Better than promised. Host is fantastic and great with communication. Clean property. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Small elevator was perfect to use for baggage or for individuals that were to tired to walk up to apartment after a day of site seeing. Love the location. Easy access to metro, taxis, and Trevi/Spanish Steps. Vatican only 4 stops away. Washing machine and easy drying on balocony was big plus. ACs worked extremely well. Look forward to booking again on our next visit!

Great rental for two couples and a 1 year old. Everything was as described. It was an incredibly hot time of year in Rome, so the ACs were great. When we had a minor issue, the owner was responsive and assisted quickly. Location is prime and price can't be beat.

Everything about this apartment could not have been better. The location is excellent and steps away from major sites. But it's the apartment that shines. Brand new, everything spotlessly clean, well appointed, lovely decor, comfortable beds and linens. The host was always friendly and accessible. A true Roman gem which I highly recommend!

Great local! A calm in the middle of an energetic city!

An absolutely amazing stay
We were a little nervous to book here because there was only one review, but we are so glad we did. We had the best stay. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, and Pierpaolo was a great host - very responsive and helpful. He even accommodated us with an early check-in. The location is very central, the price is more than reasonable, and all the rooms and bathrooms are huge. If you're debating, go ahead and book this stay, you will not regret it. If we could give it 10 stars I would. Thank you Pierpaolo for everything.
