Wonderful place to stay
Wonderful stay in a great location, very close to the Spanish Steps & close to some really good restaurants and gelato shops. Absolutely loved my time here, the perfect place from which to wander around Rome. Really nice and helpful staff who were super friendly.

The staff here were all SO helpful!!! Loved all of the staff. The rooms were very nice and climate control was good. The shower and toilet room were separate, however, the doors were transparent and lacked privacy. Regardless, I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was a very nice hotel. Lovely, large room with a nice shower. It was just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps, without the crowds of people. The staff was very helpful.

Nice boutique little property, super close to the Spanish steps, the junior suite we had was well proportioned. The staff were nice also. Can’t beat the location. You have to stairs to get up (just one or two Levels), but there is a small lift for the bags. Highly recommend it.

Service was amazing! Olga was very helpful and friendly. She absolutely elevated our experience at the hotel. Loved that it was very close to shopping, lots of dining options, the Spanish steps and a taxi stand (which is rare and very helpful in Rome!)

The best hotel ever. Very small and boutique like. Do you are treated wonderfully!!!! Big rooms and bathrooms and we can walk every where. We walked to numerous tours. I would highly recommend this hotel and when we come back we will visit again!

Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Rome. Lovely hotel with clean rooms and fantastic staff close to the spanish steps. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and will definitely be back to use again. It was just a shame they were booked out for our final stay in Rome as we had to move up the road for one night. Thanks again for the wonderful stay. Chris

It was everything that we expected and more. Location was great. We could walk to all the major sites had great dining great shopping. It was quiet the staff was professional and courteous and we felt secure. Also, the bed was super comfortable the bathroom services were modern and efficient. We would rebook for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Rome and had a great experience with this boutique hotel. We were checked into our room immediately upon our arrival and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is about 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and about 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain. We chose to take taxis to the Vatican in the morning, but we actually decided to walk back and have lunch along the way. The hotel room size was good for Rome and had everything we needed including a large bed. I would definitely recommend if you like to stay in smaller hotels with great locations where they know their guests. Breakfast was not included, but they have a relationship discount with a small cafe around the corner.

Love this place!
We love this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. The location is FANTASTIC. So many things are in walking distance. We stayed in room 102. For some reason this room was VERY warm, even with the heat turned off. Needed to open the window to cool it off. Also the room is next to the lift, so it’s kind of noisy. We’ve stayed in room 103 before and will book that room in the future.

We loved the location and the excellent friendliness and assistance from the staff. The single complaint we had was that we were unable to regulate the heating/cooling of our room. It seems to be done centrally, and they turn the heat up at night, making it rather uncomfortable.

Need to Improve their Game
The hotel itself was fair value for the cost. It is in a great location just a block away from the spanish steps. The staff is wonderful and are very responsive to requests. There are a few things that could be improved. The hotel room we were in #103 needs some TLC. Shower head did not work properly, shower door did not close properly , etc. Worst thing was central heating control. We were there in March and the rooms were like an oven as we could not adjust our own room so we were forced to sleep with the windows open and listened to late night restaurants and bars down below until the wee hours of the morning. Also be forewarned that there is a construction project directly across the street that starts at 8 AM promptly (not a problem when the windows are closed )
