At 300 meters from the Colosseum, the house has been completely renovated with Italian design furniture to ensure guests the best experience in the heart of the Eternal City.

Colosseum Holidays is a 70 m² (750 ft²) apartment offering a bright living room and two spacious double suites with 2 en-suite bathrooms.

The home features high-speed Wi-Fi, self check-in technology, air conditioning, and the latest smart home system.

The entire flat has been renovated with a focus on sustainability: water-saving taps, energy-saving lighting, containers for separate waste collection and a central smart home system to limit consumption. All the rooms in the house have high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, radiators and LED lights.

The living room with open kitchen is bright and spacious, also suitable for dinners for 6 people. The numerous lighting points allow you to create different atmospheres depending on your needs. The comfortable sofa quickly converts into an extremely cosy bed to accommodate two additional guests and has its own light point for reading.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, cooker with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer and a state-of-the-art microwave oven.

Both double rooms are equipped with the latest generation of anti-bacterial memory pillows and mattresses to guarantee the best rest and cleanliness. Completing the furnishings are large three-door wardrobes with internal mirrors, a desk, shoe rack and 43-inch full HD smart TV.

Each room also has its own private bathroom with a shower with chromotherapy, a large walk-in entrance and a resin shower tray.

The flat is located in a historical building in the historic centre of Rome, a few steps from the Domus Aurea (400m), Arch of Constantine (600m) and the Imperial Forum.

In the immediate vicinity of the house there are all the main services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and public transport.

After each stay the flat is entrusted to a professional cleaning company that takes extraordinary measures of disinfection dictated by the particular moment, for the maximum safety of each guest.
