Beautiful spacious accommodations for a family of 4. Proximity to entertainment, main sights and restaurants was perfect for us but the area is quite busy if you are hoping for a quiet stay or have very young children. Grocery store nearby. In-room cleaning and coffee refills were much appreciated. Great communication with hosts - the best stay from our two weeks in Italy.

The room was spacious and the layout was good. The cleaning service was exceptional, however, the air conditioning had a sewage like smell. We opened the window and turned off the a/c and that solved the problem entirely. The location was great in terms of proximity to famous landmarks as well as amenities. There is a carrefour market steps away from the entrance. A nice surprise was that they provided a crib as we were traveling with a baby. Would recommend :)

Location and property were superb - clean, comfortable, attractive. However, let down by lack of privacy due to poor sound proofing on connecting doors between the apartments so we could hear everything that occurred in rooms either side of us, from coughing, yawning, hair dryer, and the usual stuff. This was the only downside but enough to mean we probably wouldn’t return.

The staff was very friendly, responsive, and cooperative. The location is amazing close to everything either by walking or a few mintes by the metro which is located a couple of minutes walking distance. Will definitely recommend and stay again there if back in rome.

Our room was lovely, spacious and very clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. All of the main attractions were in walking distance and there was lots of lovely restaurants and shops all very close by. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very spacious interconnecting rooms if required - great for families . Very clean , Kate Roma and Umberto so helpful and accomodating . Would def recommend . Only problem was the occasional smell of sewerage in one of the apartments but it quickly settled after using shower/toilet

Overall we enjoyed our stay! It’s central and easy to get around to multiple destinations in the city. We did have one minor issue but due to front desk operating hours we were not able to communicate accordingly. Will have to reach out via email to let them know, but otherwise it was great, clean and tidy, very nice interior selections and style.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of the city at a convenient location walkable to most places and near the metro station Spagna. The induction oven in the kitchen was not working. Highly recommend this place for a family.

This place is clean, has all you need with a small stove and refrigerator. I cannot say enough about the location, it’s simply awesome!! There are many restaurants around, all the shops and even a small Carrefour supermarket nearby.

The most awesome location in Rome . It was only 3 to 4 minutes from Spanish steps. We traveled with our family (2 kids) . Very spacious, 2 Bedroom Pl. with double bed, full kitchen with all the amenities included.

The apartment was modern, had all the amenities we needed, and the location was very convenient. When we checked in, we were greeted by staff and she was very helpful with info about restaurants, places to see with our kids, and how to get taxis. We were always able to communicate with WhatsApp. The only issue we had was that there was a really bad sewer smell coming from one of the showers. It was so bad we could not be in that bathroom and we’re concerned the smell would absorb into our clothes. Fortunately, there were two showers and we were able to close the door to the smell. Overall - we’d recommend this spot, as long as the smell was resolved.

Fantastic property, great location in the centre of Roma, 30 minutes walk to most major attractions with a plethora of restaurants and shopping literally on the doorstep. Although you’re on a busy street the apartment is quiet, open the windows to let the buzz of the street flood in while having a pre dinner aperitif. The Apartment is modern, well equipped and was immaculately clean with a daily visit for fresh towels and made up beds. The apartment was a little tricky to locate but it is as the address and Google maps/street view, just look closely on the door buzzers. I recommend pre booking airport transfers as tempting taxis into the bustling area to pick you up when they busy can be tricky, all ok to drop off though. No complaints at all and would definitely return.

Strange set up. Front desk right out front of the room. Felt like there was no privacy. Very loud. Had no water from taps twice during stay. Strange sewer smell throughout stay. Room very stuffy. Only way to get air was to open window but a dog was always barking.
