This property checked most hotel boxes for me: A stunning glass shower and sit down tub situation, a comfy bed, and beautiful balcony with a nice view as well as a delicious fairly priced restaurant. However, it was off season so I wasn’t able to use the pool. :/( and it wasn’t located near that much and transportation around here is crazy expensive.

We reserved a king size bed for our honeymoon stay. However, we were given 2 single beds for 3 nights without an option. Hotel promised to switch to king size tje nect day but did not happen. Not only we couldn't sleep in one bed on our honeymoon, we left this hotel with back pain since we attempted to combine the 2 single beds and ended up sleeping in the cracks between the beds. Disappointed.

The MIDAS Hotel is awesome hotel for the price available. It is clean and comfortable. The complaint of noise I have is mostly due to low sound insulation and my neighbor’s child would scream and cry early in the morning waking my family up

They had great customer service! My mom was not feeling great and they accommodated her by having her room ready before check in. I was very grateful!! They also booked our shuttle to the airport for 7 people which was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Our door would not shut properly and they had it fixed right away. The restaurant was not impressive. The location is far from most things.

Great visit to Rome!
We booked a little getaway to Rome and stayed at the Midas palace hotel. When we arrived we felt the hotel felt far from the city centre which is about 20-30mins away. However the service and experience was warm and welcoming by all the staff which made our stay great. The beds were truly magnificent, really comfortable and clean. Overall the room and bathroom is clean but there is some wear and tear. Everything worked, not sure if the AC was working. No kettle or teas in room. Would have been nice if there was. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Olga and Francesco were lovely. Restaurant staff Yona( i hope i got the name right!) and Emanuel were great we went to have dinner at the restaurant one of the evenings. We then went again the second night to have dinner and enjoyed the hospitality from them both. They are both a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for ensuring we had a pleasant stay! :)

Clean place, several amenities I did not have a chance to use. Breakfast was very good with many options. I had a car which is a great idea if you want to visit Italy to move around. Easy parking, free and the staff is very helpful, polite and check in and out is super fast. Great stay.

Very good overall. Our only criticism is that the hotel is very difficult to access by public transport and anyone with even small mobility problems would need taxis for everything.

Great hotel
Midas Palace Hotel was awesome! Everything is new and updated; as well as clean. The staff are amazing! They went above and beyond when our rental car wouldn't start. They helped us the morning that we were checking out. They have a restaurant and bar onsite. The restaurant has very good food and service. Their breakfast is also very good with an abundance of food and fresh orange juice. We stayed here 1 night and ended up going back and spending another 4 nights at the end of our trip. The pool was great as it was 87 degrees when we were there. Would highly recommend this hotel.
