Five Star Service to Host Fabrizio
Fabrizio was very funny & nice. & the room was beyond amazing. The room was just the right size and the description was very accurate. The area that the place was in was very nice & convenient to transportation to get throughout Rome. I look forward to staying there again!

Very nice, however there was quite a lot of noise from the hallway and the other rooms. Also, it's not so clear from the street that it's the right adress when you first arrive, so it can be confusing.

Must Go To
This Hotel was excellent, one of the highlights of the trip. Built into an apartment complex about 800m down the road from the Vatican, one is just far away enough from the city to get a feel of the local roman life while still being able to access the city with regular buses running right outside the hotels front door. Some highlights: The incredibly modern bathroom. The fact that the bus stop was literally outside the front door of the hotel. The excellent cafe directly next to the hotel for cheap breakfasts. The amazing restaurant (Bibi e Romeo's) 100 metre's down the street. The complimentary water and juices-even though we booked the cheapest room! The blackout shutters that let us sleep in to unspoken hours. And of course the incredibly stylishly decorated room with a plush bed and comfy pillows. Just amazing, couldn't recommend highly enough... Take us back!

This “Hotel” is a fraud!
The address listing is NOT the correct address for the room. The Owner has a few rooms in an apartment building across the street from the listed address. That’s just the beginning of the many problems we encountered. We views the crappy room and promptly left. I have reported this to Expedia and they responded by saying the listing is currently being investigated. Dez

Disappointing . Not a luxury room
My experience had been terrible with this hotel . As advertised , hotel is at 113 Julianni . hotel but it's not . I was taken at 80 Julianni .guesthouse . old bldg , bathroom . Needs a receptionist & a driver that can do their jobs separately . Owner picks guests up at the airport & you need to wait for him . No reception area either WIFi none at all , you need to step out of your room & go to the hall . Close to Vatican & transportation

4 day stay in Rome
The service was excellent and the owners go out of their way to assist with any requirements you may have. The rooms and bathroom are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is far from the city centre but there is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. However we felt these buses were not very regular especially when you had to catch them back to come to the hotel.

Roman Experience
This was our first trip to Europe and Rome was our first stop. We found ourselves at an ideal location! We were within easy walking distance to the Vatican! The Hop On - Hop Off bus was easily accessible so we got an awesome overview of all of the sites the first day. We then accessed the subway which is nearby and easy to use. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

be aware ..horrible smells
The room was renovated and modern but the smell in the room coming from the bathroom was horrific, even with the door closed the bathroom door was a foot from the bed which made it horrible to sleep in , and using the bathroom for the basics was gag worthy.. we called the people many times they put in a cleaner to the shower drain but in 24 hours it had to be done 5 times and it still smelled an hour later ..the host seem unmoved by our issue, he said it's not his issue it's the building ..we were there for 3 horrible days , never once did he offer to switch our room which he confessed is the only one with the horrible stench.

Small but sweet
Not a hotel, so much as an apartment converted into rooms. They're on the small side, but very well furnished, clean and comfortable, and the staff have put a lot of thought into the details - with free (non-alcoholic) drinks in the minibar, good restaurant recommendations, wi-fi, etc. Friendly atmosphere, too. And convenient for The Vatican. Highly recommended.

Small gem!
Only 10-15 minute walk to the metro or Vatican! Very friendly staff and updated room! There is no front desk so highly recommend staying in touch with owner to meet you at the place! Beautiful walk from metro to room to get a feel of an Italian community!

It was a nice room with a great mini bar and espresso maker Please private bathroom with shower cabin We stayed in it for 3 days Bus stop right at the door (i mean it) You can ride on bus 70 it goes to the main station ( Termini) and pass all the downtown

Great place, Close to the Vatican.
A great place near the Vatican (10 minute walk) . Can easily walk or take the metro anywhere. Tastefully decorated rooms and staff that makes you feel welcome all the time. Definitely go to the restaurant a couple buildings down on the right. Good food and run by a husband and wife. When looking for the place ensure you know the building number, it can be difficult to find if you don't.

Heel netjes en schoon
Deur openen via een link in de mail. Zeer nette kamer, niet groot maar wat verwacht je in Rome. Netjes en schoon. Koffie, water en fruitsap op de kamer. Ontbijt bij een klein zaakje om de hoek, niet uitgebreid maar voor ons genoeg. Op loop afstand van Sint Pietersplein. Parkeren in de buurt, op betaalde parkeerplaats. Enige minpuntje is de lift waar maar 2 personen per keer in kunnen.

Leider haben die Frühstückscoupons gefehlt....Unten im Haus kann aber auch sehr gut und preiswert frühstücken. Die Unterkunft ist ansonsten sehr schön und liegt sehr Nahe am Vatikanischen Museum

Esta habitación no la pude tomar debido a que llegue despues de las 11 pm y la persona de contacto me dijo que era muy tarde y que no podia tomarla. Esta reserva estaba paga y no me la respetaron. Agradezco que me puedan reintegrar el monto de este hotel. Me toco reservar un nuevo hotel y me valió más de $230.000

Nice room next to a good bus route

Siamo stati bene
Location molto comoda e bella, unico neo solo 2 cuscini molto bassi e nessuna coperta, essendo novembre almeno un copriletto in più se lo saremmo aspettato. COmfort molto buono, apprezzata la presenza di macchina del caffè a capsule e bollitore con the e tisane, in sostituzione della colazione che non è inclusa. Buono anche il fatto di avere bottigliette d'acqua ed altre bevande gratuite nel frigo bar. In zona fermate dei bus per raggiungere sia il centro storico che il Vaticano,che è molto vicino e raggiungibile anche a piedi.

Ótimo quarto em um prédio bastante antigo. A hospitalidade com os hóspedes é muito boa, mas lembre-se de que não há recepção 24hs e você precisa combinar o horário de chegada para não ficar esperando à toa. Quando reservei, foi falado que havia estacionamento incluso e café da manhã - não tive nenhum dos dois. Estacionamos na rua ou pagaríamos 20euros a diária de estacionamento próximo. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, fica disponível no quarto café, chá, água e suco sem nenhum custo. O quarto é muito novo, confortável e bem decorado. Ótimo banho. O prédio é antigo e o elevador muito pequeno. É uma boa experiência, desde que se tenha ciência do café, estacionamento e recepção.

Väldigt mysigt, fräscht B&B i norra Rom som ligger 5 minuters promenad från vatikanmuséet. Väldigt bra service och Gianluca var tillgänglig, i stort sett, 24 h om dygnet. Ingen frukost, men gratis minibar som fylls på dagligen. Om man inte vill gå in till de mest centrala delarna av staden går det 2 busslinjer precis utanför dörren.

Ótimo serviço, limpeza e decoração excelente. Adorei o quarto e o Café na lanchonete abaixo também é muito bom. Tudo muito moderno e prático. Um pouco mais afastado dos pontos turísticos porém com ponto de onibus na porta. O Transporte em Roma não é dos melhores e as estações de metro ficam um pouco mais distante caso prefira utilizá-los ao invés de ônibus, preste atenção nisso.

Bodde här 6 nätter under en vistelse i Rom. Själva rummet höll mycket god standard; tyst AC, bekväma sängar, gratis vattenflaskor etc. Själva hotellet är egentligen bara 6 rum som ligger i ett bostadshus, såldes ingen reception eller hotellentré. Något lyhört ut till hallen. Balkongen kunde ej nyttjas då AC:n var belägen här och endast en person fick plats. Managern var konstant tillgänglig och servicen var god. Frukosten var något av en besvikelse som fanns i en bar bredvid entrén, god service förvisso men mycket skralt utbud för oss som inte gillar wienerbröd till frukost. Gångavstånd (10 min) till Vatikanen.
