In the district of Santa Margarita 1 km from the centre of Roses, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 60 m from the sea, 60 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking, public car park. Shop 500 m, grocery, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, pedestrian zone 50 m, bus stop "Moventis estació bus Roses" 2.2 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 18 km, sandy beach "Santa Margarita" 60 m, swimming bay 5 km.
