With a lot of love in the file, we have renovated the apartment with terrace for our guests. The 54 sqm bright non-smoking apartment offers enough space for 2-3 people, in a quiet location, 25 minutes walk to the beach, invite you to relax and unwind. You have a spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and cozy living room furnishings. On nice days you can start the day with breakfast on the 15 square meter sun terrace or end the day with a glass of wine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1. 8m x 2. 0m). The bright, friendly bathroom with shower is barrier-free. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The bus stop, shops and S-Bahn are in town. The apartment is in an ideal location for numerous excursions, e.g. For example, to the wonderful white sandy beach of Warnemünde, explore the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Stralsund, Wismar and Lübeck or relax in the beautiful nature.

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung (FeWo) zu verbringen, und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, was sofort eine wohlige Atmosphäre schafft. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die wunderschöne Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten, die zum Entspannen und Verweilen einladen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, was für eine erholsame Auszeit sorgt. Gleichzeitig ist die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut. Sowohl Warnemünde als auch die Altstadt sind bequem und schnell erreichbar, was die Lage ideal für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen macht Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich werde hier gerne wieder übernachten, wann immer ich Rostock besuche.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, ca. 3-4 km von der Warnemünder Promenade entfernt. Die sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Nach langen Tagesausflügen per Rad oder mit dem öffentlichem Nahverkehr kommt man gerne abends zurück.

Von A-Z war alles exzellent! Eine herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin inklusive Schlüsselübergabe und Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnung ist super wohnlich eingerichtet, modern und picobello sauber. Alles ist vorhanden, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Frühstück kann bei schönem Wetter auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gern weiter.

Wir kommen wieder
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, von Kaffeefilter über Handtücher bis hin zu einem liebevoll gebauten Garten, welcher zum entspannen einlädt, waren wir wunschlos glücklich. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, die Bodentiefe Dusche, die Sauberkeit der gesammten Anlage und die offene/nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Kurztrip Ostsee über Christi Himmelfahrt
Die Unterkunft hat eine ruhige und gute Lage. Mit PKW ist man in wenigen Minuten in Warnemünde, Rostock Hafen, oder Strand Nienhagen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und sehr liebevoll ein- gerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie verfügt über einem eigenen Parkplatz und separaten Haus- eingang. Wer mit Fahrräder anreist, hat vor dem Haus eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Am Anreisetag stand noch ein kleines Willkommensgetränk mit Prallinen bereit. Fazit: Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Alles war wie beschrieben, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt-außer vielleicht ein Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer. Ruhige Lage, Straßenbahnanbindung nach ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar (Anbindung ins Zentrum) und zu Fuß bis zum Strand etwas mehr als 1 Stunde. Wir können die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbare Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht 1:1 der Darstellung in der Werbung, was nicht selbstverständlich ist - habe bereits andere Erfahrungen gemacht (Bilder können auch lügen!). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt. Schön war auch , dass man so nah an Warnemünde ist- wunderschöner Spaziergang zum Strand und der Promenade.
