Excellentes vacances... à renouveler ! Là !
Le logement est idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Il est spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, et dispose d'un parking privatif. Des commerces et des restaurants à proximité sont un plus. L'accueil a été des plus sympathiques...

Appartement propre bien agréable avec de belles décorations, très bien équipé et très bien situé. La voiture n'est même pas nécessaire sauf si l'on veut sortir de Royan.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig von den Eltern des Vermieters empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top.besser geht es nicht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wohl. Leider gibt es keine Balkon oder Terrasse. Die Wohnung wird als Erdgeschosswohnung beschrieben, ist aber eher eine Einliegerwohnung. Es fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Haustür, da könnte man gut sitzen. Ansonsten war alles gut, ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die fehlen, wie zum Beispiel ein paar Kleiderhaken, um Jacken aufzuhängen. Aber alles in allem sehr ordentlich und gut.

Séjour agréable
L’appartement est bien placé, à deux pas de la plage , dans un quartier calme et tranquille .Il est très bien décoré, avec un mobilier neuf et très soigné.Il y a de grands dressings très pratiques et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Plusieurs points négatifs néanmoins : le lave vaisselle de très petite taille pour 4 personnes , la faible pression à la sortie de la pomme de douche mobile , il faudrait préciser également dans l’annonce qu’il s’agit d’un appartement en sous sol et du coup on ne profite pas vraiment de la vue sur la mer ainsi que l’absence de terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactifs à nos demandes.
