“Nice hotel, good location”

“Really needs a cleaning and update”

“No AC in the room. Molds in shower. No cleaning of room unless you ask for it.”

“I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“Well kept accommodation in a quiet location, even on a Saturday night! Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and well equipped, and parking was no trouble at all.”

“Nice room, great food, easy to park and lovely staff.”

Breakfast was of a high standard although it would have been even better had fresh fruit been included. We ate every evening in the restaurant and the food was amazing”

“Nice place. Convenient ”

Instead of speaking to us calmly, they were confrontational and...

“I have never had a more uncomfortable night at a hotel in my life. I know the UK is having a heat wave, but adding a cheap fan that moved less air than I could with a folded piece of paper does not constitute a decent attempt to keep guests cool. The attached pub didn't have any food, which was the main reason for booking there in the first place. Frankly I won't be staying at Premier Inn again is if this is the way they treat their guests.”
