"The place was great!! Great location!! Marc was wonderful to deal with.Many great things to comment on about the suite. For some people we would like to mention the followingThe stairs getting to the suite were narrow and steep.The spiral stairway to upstairs was narrow and steep that lead to both bathrooms and three bedrooms.Don't let this deter you from renting this lovely suite. It was worth it!!"

"Nice and clean. Instructions on how to use equipment and appliances was good, but we only found out how to turn off the bathroom fan towards the end, and as we're a bit noise sensitive it did keep us awake at night. Not initially clear on how to open the windows - we thought they were locked (they are not)"

"Perfect location- 5 minute walk from multiple tube lines, direct train to Heathrow, and everything in Mayfair and SoHo. A very quiet retreat that fit our 3 kids and two adults perfectly. Will definitely book again when in London. "

"This flat was perfect for our family of four! Our host was amazing from start to finish! Excellent location, very close to the train and quite a few restaurants, shops and groceries. Wandsworth common is a beautiful park right next door. We would definitely stay here again."

"El edificio entero está lleno de departamentos en renta, nos cambiaron un un departamento a otro con dos días de previo aviso a un departamento que tenía un baño menos, la Estrada da el edifico estaba lleno de materiales de construccción, la alfombra del edificio muy sucia y ya dentro del departamento las alfombras teeemrrivlemente sucias, el sofá no te podías sentar de las maneras, lleno de marcas de suciedad por todas las paredes, el baño se salía agua por todos lados, la manija del lavabo...

"Perfect location! Lots of restaurant choices in the neighborhood, great coffee shops nearby. The tube station is a minute away. It was a great area of London to stay."

"The host called us at check in time telling us we must stay in a different apartment for the night because of a broken window. The temporary apartment was very poor. We got no apology or refund for the night from the host. When we finally made it into the apartment we booked, It looked similar to the photos, but it was very unclean and many amenities didn't work. For example, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, the second shower had no handle to turn it on, and the curtains were not floor...

"Our stay at Gillian's flat was at the end of a month long trip to Scotland. It was a comfortable and spacious place to rest for a day before, and during, our adventures in Glasgow. We were able to walk to several of the sites we wanted to see. For those places that were further away, there is a bus stop nearby. Gillian's guidebook provided all the necessary information for our stay at the flat."

"If you need a place to crash with friends in Merchant City after a night out this is your spot! However, if you want a longer stay and outside noise is any concern, I would advise against the location."
