“The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for quick trip to see the sights of London. We were a family of 4 on a budget and this apartment worked beautifully. It had everything we needed including a few tea bags, instant coffee and sugar. Not to mention shampoo, body wash and dish soap all nicely labeled. We arrived late in the evening but the host was easy and quick to respond with details on how to get in. Very secure, because it is the city. There is a gas station that’s right...

“Really good value - everything that a small family needs for a break including a dishwasher! Lots of character with excellent views of the harbour and castle from the living room and bedroom on the second floor.Perfect for shops, cafes and galleries. Easy parking and a very pleasant neighbourhood to walk around day or night. Really appreciated the refreshments left for us by the host in the fridge on arrival. Would definitely return.”

“We loved this flat in a very historic building. Location is in a wonderful neighbourhood just far enough from the hustle and bustle of City centre but still very accessible. Perfect location to travel to and from Wimbledon, lots of pubs and dining options. For those who do not like the heat and/or are not cooled by fans alone, this may not be a choice - however the retained historic charm far outweighs the lack of air conditioning. Avery is a very responsive host - great communication.”

Communication with the owner was efficient and easy—extremely responsive to questions. It is in a lively section of City Centre, so evenings can be a bit noisy if you’re an early-to-bed type; if you love to go out in the evening, you’ll love the location!”

“Lovely little base for exploring everything the Lakes has to offer. Apartment lovely and clean, and ideally located with several shops and eateries nearby. Parking was fine for us with it being a quieter time of year (street parking) but I would imagine this would be a bit trickier in the busier months. Great communication from Liam and we would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay ”

“enjoyed stay and everything was fine! great location, only slight improvement would be that we had a wee bit of trouble finding the deposit box which is a bit more than 30 yards away :) thanks!”

“I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...
