We were given a good welcome. Although evening meals are not served, there were some good restaurants nearby ( food was delicious at Chiakos). Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful even though one had been on duty for many hours with only a few hours sleep! Highly recommended.
Good value, very clean room and nice breakfast. Lacked on site parking and evening meals which I knew about in advance, but may that limit me choosing this venue again.
I was very happy with my stay. They did warn me prior to my stay that their restaurant did not open in the evening, which was good and I got a meal across the road with no bother. A very good breakfast and a comfortable bed with parking at a sensible price very close by.
An absolute find, excellent from start to finish, amazing breakfast with loads of choice, lovely friendly staff, could not fault it - highly recommend this Hotel.
Lovely old coaching inn, well located for visiting the theatre at Kilworth. Delightfully wonky floors but pleasant, spacious rooms and a fan provided for the rather warm evenings.
Delicious and plentiful breakfast with lots of choice.
The property was a perfect little English inn for a quick night during our trip from the US. Rooms and grounds were clean, staff helpful, and room well-suited.
Quirky courtyard, the hotel rooms managed to maintain the old coaching inn feel. Great location for Lutterworth centre. Been twice before, and will go again.
Had a great one night stay here. The room was spacious and had a very good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices considering it isn't a large chain hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Very pleasant courtyard and restaurant.
Excellent and varied options for breakfast.
Restaurant not open for evening meals.
Traffic noise was appalling with lorries non stop all night. Avoid Room No.6 ..... £72 for little or no sleep 😡
The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent..the staff in the kitchen were great. They made me feel at home. I am definitely going back. I have told a few friend a out this place already.
Room was spotlessly clean and very cozy. We had a beautiful 4 poster bed. The breakfast was of a high quality and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

It was a very old building with lots of history, it was quiet and pleasant to stay there, close to the site I was working at the next day, the car park was really close and cheap. friendly staff and nice breakfast 👍

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was clean but very tired. Flaky paint and a squeaky floor, as was the corridors. The bathroom requires much updating.
Breakfast was good and a special thanks to Lina, who overheard my conversation to other staff members, followed me outside to advise me on my parking problem.
Very professional and helpful.
