Very nice hotel, near freeway, safe area.

Pros: It was beautiful and safe. The staff professional and efficient. I was able to get a great nights sleep.
Cons: I was 100% satisfied.
Location: I was in the area on business.
I booked online. The desk staff was very nice, professional and efficient. I was quickly checked in. I went to my room and was very pleased with it. I got a great nights sleep. I will definitely come to this hotel again.

Staff service was way above expectations! They were more than Just kind and pleasant. They were genuinely concerned. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The continental breaker bar was excellent and extremely sanitary. Room was very well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Sacramento. Parking was spacious and plentiful. Located within walking distance of nice restaurants and shopping. Venues. Can't think of a better place to stay away from home!

Nice hotel - currently renovating to be even nicer

Pros: The room was very spacious.
Cons: I'm curious to see how the renovations come along and what it looks like after they're done.
Location: Normal suburb stuff. Shopping and food.
Nice hotel. I was surprised by the quality of the hotel given that it is a hotel in Elk Grove. Very spacious room (1 King) and very quiet. All in all, it was a great hotel for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was superb, as it always is at the Holiday Inn Express.

Construction made it very difficult to get around with our disabled son and his walker. No ground floor rooms available and I made the reservation at least a couple of weeks ago. The rate was 240 no great deal for how hard it was to get around . Steph there was very nice and not their fault well hello

Hotel under renovation which disrupted easy access to breakfast offering. Breakfast was just average to below average. Bathroom linens need to be upgraded; they were clean but thin. Bed was lumpy.
