The service here is horrible, everytime I go to the front desk, the service was bad. Don’t seem like they want to help. Answering questions with attitude. Had WiFi issue and went to the desk multiple times with no help at all. Was told to read the paper in the room.

What you would expect in a standard hotel, nothing above average. Attendant that checked me in was patient and helped through an issue. It was noisy, and my TV turned on a 2:30 in the AM all blinds were shut, and remote was on dresser. My neighbor mentioned he had a bug in his tub. The coffee wasn't great but you can't complain too much about a hotel free breakfast. Also there is literally nothing around, it's like a mile away just to get food, Uber's are not cheap. And everyhouse surrounding my room can see inside. Multiple people throughout the night stopped to throw their trash in the hotels dumpster like they knew they can do that without getting caught. Different cars throughout the night. On one night a helicopter was hoovering for at least 10 minutes. I'm a light sleeper so between the helicopter and the ghost i got no sleep lol.

Parking is limited and "cramped". Very convenient to Medical center. Breakfast was simple and easy. Neighborhood not safe after dark..."high vagrant" population not necessarily seen during daylight. Advised by hospital security to not walk but use shuttle even though just a block walk.

It’s ok. Not terrible. Not great. Best part is its location related to UC DAVIS Med Center. Parking is atrocious. So little space. I’d stay there again. Feel it’s a little expensive considering I’m assuming the most people that stay there is because they have a loved one in the hospital like in my case.

We had two rooms. One on the street side and the other on the back side of the hotel. The noise level is like night and day. If you want quiet reserve a room off the street. Otherwise a nice place for UC Davis patients.

Good customer service; the room was clean and came with all the amenities. Parking is free but horrible. The driveway one way in and one way out of the below-ground garage is dangerous, and there is insufficient packing space for a large SUV.

Had to switch rooms twice upon checking in at midnight do to extremely loud guests yelling. Informed front desk about both situations in 2 different rooms, nothing was done. Moved to a different room on 4th floor she charged us $50 upgrade for a bigger room.. that’s for our inconveniences on 2 other rooms we had to switch from. My first and last time staying at this hotel!!

Great Wi-Fi very fast so video was perfect, no problems with not connecting. Perfect Hotel if you need access to the UD Davis Medical Hospital. Parking garage underground with 7ft.4in. clearence so my tall truck camper could fit under. TV service not good, but I was told they were upgrading. Breakfast room nice, clean, minimal, but adaquit.

Not so great
We ended up staying here while my daughter had a hospital stay nearby. The hotel had a slight off putting smell and the carpets were stained, worn down or had holes in them. The bathroom was in rough shape and the shower had what looked like mold in the cracks. We wouldn't stay here again unfortunately despite it having an excellent location to the hospitals.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. I just noticed a couple things I think would bring this room to a 5 star room. The bathroom toilet in room #201 was so low to the ground it felt unnatural and really loud. Also there is no shower liner - so the fabric shower curtain got very wet - Also I always notice tub caulking and this tub was in need of re-caulking. You can see the mold under the areas that had clear caulking. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. My husband was having surgery at the Hospital and we stayed her expressly because I could be very near to him.

Check in is at 3, but room wasn't ready until close to 4:30. The room was musty, outdated and not the cleanest. It was obvious that they were in a rush cleaning it. They left the complimentary bath products used by the previous person. The continental breakfast is laughable; nothing hot is served besides the waffles. The milk in the fridge is a gallon jug from Costco, which could be easily contaminated.

We had a relative at UCI Medical Center. This is the closest you can get. I estimate about 100 yards from the hotel door to the lobby of the medical center. It’s a cozy hotel at least that’s what it looks like from the outside. The inside is up to par With the big competitors, good interior well-maintained, rooms, and very quiet and clean. There’s no smoking and I didn’t have any problems with smelling any banga. There’s only one issue, parking is very tight even for a compact car and if you have a large SUV or pick up, I don’t recommend staying here. Also, Parking is limited. About 15 spaces possibly more. That being said, I would stay here again. Definitely worth the cost.

Only hotel I've ever asked to check out of. Parking was a TINY underground space. Do not take a full size SUV or truck there, you won't be able to get in. I asked about other parking options. Staff shrugged and said to find some place else. But the worst of it was what appeared to be blood and semen on the linens. I called to get clean sheets. An "engineer" brought up a stack of sheets but told me housekeeping was unavailable to change them. I checked out at that point. They offered me another room, but at that point I didn't trust another room would be better. As for a refund of my fees... none has been given. I was told to email the manager... don't know how long it'll take..."he's indisposed." If you're going to UC Davis for medical stuff, stay elsewhere. If you're in Sac for any other reason, stay elsewhere.

Truck drivers beware!
The rooms are pretty standard. Parking is an issue, I drive a full size truck and the underground parking facility is not quite up to the task of accommodating large vehicles. I parked upstairs and was blocked in by construction staff. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

The room was spacious, cozy, clean and quiet. It was equipped with a microwave and a fridge, which was pretty convenient. The receptionists were very friendly. I did not have time for the free breakfast but was glad that I can take some fruits at the cafeteria in the early morning. UC Davis Medical Center is just across the street and only took 2-min walk to get there. I left my car at the hotel parking lot and came back at about 3 pm to pick it up. Will definitely come back next time when I visit UC David Medical Center.

Very close to UCD Medical Center…
The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom and hallway definitely needed a refresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to UCD Medical center which was our main goal.

Not a bad place. Was pretty clean and the front desk staff was amazing. What really upset me the most was two times some staff opened the door of my room without knocking even with the “Not disturb” sign with the excuse to verify the tv. Other that than the breakfast was decent and the cleanliness was better than expected.
