At first glance this looks like a cute hotel but it is swarming with homeless, drug addicts and their dogs! Im pretty sure the staff were in on the problems. And if it couldnt get any worse, the coffee was undrinkable. Ugh

During our stay, our key cards to our room stopped working three times in two days. We had to go to the front desk each time to have them re-key the cards. The floors are hardwood, which I’d expected to be clean, yet after 10 minutes of unpacking with no shoes on, my socks were practically black from the dirt in the floor. The pool & spa were “closed for maintenance,” which would have been good to know BEFORE choosing this place in my search of pool & hot tub included hotels. I decided to take a hot bath instead and was greeted with hair in the bathtub, and a stained shower curtain with no liner - the floor was flooded after every shower. The shower head was more like a hose. We called the front desk for some more towels, and no one came with them after an hour. By then, we’d left and came back. Still no towels. We went up front to ask for them, and the lady said “Good luck!” before presenting “the last two towels.” There was no microwave in the “Deluxe King” room, which was a huge disappointment. I could go on about the poor and unprofessional demeanor of the staff, but I’ll end this here.

Hard to find staff, even at the front desk. After arriving they tried to add a $25 a night fee for or small dog. The room was super dirty, floors were sticky, drawers were extremely filthy, handle fell of the bathroom sink. Sheets appeared to have been cleaned but they were stained. We did stay one night but just couldn’t do a second night in such a nasty place. Parking lot was unkept with trash and broken glass. No one would come to the front desk for our checkout. At one point, the front desk worker had a huge dog that was off leash in the hotel charge us, it may have been friendly but you don’t know that as a customer just walking in. Completely unacceptable!!

Don’t stay at this hotel
Even though the room looked okay at first, The room was very cold upon entry and we found other problems as well. Overall cleanliness was awful, garbage can was full with garbage on the ground, sheets were not clean, found a bandaid and lighter on the ground and no bathing towels were in the room. We do not advise staying here.

Spring for a holiday inn
Check in was fine, the issues were once we got into the room. The floor was sticky, likely from being mopped excessively. There were food crumbs in the bathroom and a ladybug kept us company all night. The bed was comfy but with the other issues, I can’t say we’ll ever stay here again.

Rooms were dirty, like literally not cleaned before check in. Ended up not staying at all because we were too grossed out. Hotel is also dated. It’s a shame because from the outside it looks nice and it’s in a decent area. I had read the reviews before hand and was already hesitant to stay, but it was so close to family we were visiting I decided to book for the convenience of it. Beware.

COFFEE POT REQUEST IN ROOM 😁
Only issue, would still be nice to have a small coffee pot in the room in stead of having having to go out of the room to just get coffee. Other than that, it was very nice.

I've stayed with this hotel many times as I go to events in the Sac area frequently and It's a nice hotel right off the freeway. It's quiet and clean, the rooms have a mini fridge, a nice wardrobe closet, and plug-in options for gaming consoles. The only thing I would recommend is getting a room on the 2nd floor since the first floor rooms are right by the lobby and people coming in/out can be noisy. Other than that, this is a truly a nice hotel for a great price and would recommend to anyone and everyone 👍

The nice staff at the front desk helped us get a room Because my boyfriend’s wallet had been stolen earlier that day. We had enough to get the room , but not enough for the deposit . They totally accommodated us and made us feel very welcome . I. Can’t wait to stay here again .

remodel those bathrooms.
Place was nice and comfortable. My only real quirky observation is the rooms appear to have been remodeled but the bathroom is a decade or two old/ wasnt remodeled in the same pass. The bathroom feels like a different hotel and not in a good way.

Quiet little hotel, good for the price. Checking in was extremely frustrating. There was no one at the desk. Eventually someone came, who doesn't normally work at the desk but said he was just covering for the regular clerk. He didn't know how to do the check in process so we just had to wait for the other person to get back from lunch. The whole lobby smelled like cigarettes. For some reason in the morning, our key cards no longer worked and I got locked out of our room.

Me and my Wife were put in a dirty room. It had dog hair on the furniture and crumbs on the floor. They changed us to another room that room was better but still dirty. My wife wiped down the AC unit with Clorox wipes. Once we got home we found out they charged our debit card for $300 for smoke damage. Me and my wife don't smoke she has asthma. It took me three days to get a hold of them and the night person said the staff had made the decision to charge us. Horrible Customer Service

The property itself was lovely. The bed was comfy. It was close to shopping centers, restaurants, & The Quarry Park. When we got there late @ night, their key machine malfunctioned. The woman behond the counter was sweet & did everything she could, but ultimately were were let into our room by another staff member & had to get our key the next morning. When we got to our room, the TV wasnt working. A staff member came to our room & discovered it was unplugged. He had to remove the drawers from the dresser to get it plugged in. The next evening my husband & I had planned to relax in the hot tub. We went to go in & it was ice cold. When we had checked in there were people in the hot tub so not sure why it wasnt working when we went the next evening. We were bummed. Staff was great. Room was pretty. Had a few not so great things happen during our stay.

The hotel was nice and quiet. It is located away from some of the business of the city. The only issue we had was that our key card to the room lost its code so we had to have it recoded a couple of times.
