“We needed an ADA compliant room for my husband, who uses a walker & wheelchair. The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect! Wood floors, grab bars around the bathroom and shower and it was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Our accommodations had a large bedroom, a separate living area, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways. The hotel is new. The bar and pool weren't open yet. When they……

“I was under the impression that my room would have some type of view, but it didn’t. Plus the $25 a NIGHT was completely unnecessary, considering the hotel was only semi full. And free parking is mentioned in their ad.”

“We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.”

“Good stay! The choice of tile in the bathroom was the least slippery I’ve ever run into, and there was a good solid grab bar in the shower. Staff was friendly and responsive.”

“I really love this place. I go to the cape every year and I always stay here!! The property is beautiful and very close to beaches and lovely restaurants with gorgeous scenery. On the property they have a pool during season and a lovely duck pond that I love to go sit near. The staff are wonderful people and the rooms are absolutely fantastic, some rooms have a deck as well which is always nice and the rooms come with Ac which is always nice during the hot summer seasons”
