This old house of sailor, recently renovated, is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park Loire Anjou Touraine, in the Saumur, in the town of St. Clement levées.

Its location, close to the paths of the Loire by bike (50 m), offers the possibility of hiking and cycling, as well as fishing and nautical activities. Very many tourist sites exist nearby: castles, troglodytes, small cities of character, museums, vineyards and various festivals throughout the year.

This cottage of 4 people of 85m2 is installed in an independent house on one level surrounded by a large garden with flowers and trees. It includes a large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. In front of the house is a patio covered with vineyards where you can have lunch or dinner in the shade. The orchard behind the house offers its flowers and fruits.

Great Property
Great communication and information. Gite quite well equipped and a great location for visiting the Loire are an wine tasting🙂 Host very responsive to suggestions for a few small improvements. Would recommend.

a nice apartment with long list of instructions. It looks like you work for the owners in cleaning and arranging although you pay a good price for cleaning. In addition the garden isn't kept and you can't use the outside. The apartment isn't on the river although there is a very nice picture that make you think it's.

Sejour très agréable. Gite *****. Spacieux, les deux chambres séparées par le sejour, la cuisine et les sanitaires offre une intimité compléte. Propreté, RAS. L'acceuil très cordial avec bouteille de rosé local au frais. Emplacement a 3 minutes de la Loure à pieds permets de se balader même si pour nous le débordement de la Loire ne nous l'as pas permis. Situation à 15 minutescde Saumur et de différents chateaux. Nous recommandons cette location et y retourneront certainement.

Gîte spacieux et bien équipé
Séjour agréable. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter beaucoup du jardin (canicule puis orage), mais les espaces devant et derrière la maison sont agréables . La maison est restée assez fraiche pendant les fortes chaleurs ce qui était appréciable. À 15 minutes de Saumur, très facile et rapide pour les visites.

Neu renoviertes Ferienhaus, sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die sehr ruhige Lage haben wir besonders genossen. Unkompliziertes Einchecken und Nachfragen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Liebevoll renoviertes Haus mit tollem Garten
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen an der Loire in diesem liebevoll renovierten Haus. Vor allem der Garten hat uns sehr begeistert, aus dem wir uns reichlich mit verschiedenen Früchten bedienen durften. Das Haus liegt geschätzte 100 m von der Loire entfernt, was wir gerne für Angeln genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und unkompliziert. Von hier aus kann man tolle Ausflüge unternehmen: Schossbesichtigungen (vor allem Château Riveau und Brézé), Ausstellungen (uns hat besonders der Streetartparc bei Candes St Martin am Château Moh gefallen), Fahrrad- oder Kayaktouren. Aber auch die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte wie Saumur, Tours oder Angers sind absolut sehenswert. Vielen Dank für eine schöne, sehr entspannende Zeit!

Séjour bien au calme dans un village en bord de la Loire

Das war eine schöne Zeit an der Loire
Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es wurde erst vor zwei Jahren renoviert und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir waren drei Wochen vor Ort und haben dort einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für unsere diversen Erkundungstouren mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto gehabt. Corinne ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sorgt, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort ist. Ein wunderbarerObstgarten hält mehr Früchte bereit als man überhaupt essen kann. Im Garten hinterm Haus fehlen nur noch bequeme Liegen, dann wäre das Urlaubsglück perfekt. Also alles in allem: wirklich empfehlenswert!

Un gîte qui a du potentiel
Nous avons passé une semaine dans le gîte qui est confortable et bien équipé. Quel dommage en revanche de ne pas avoir pu profiter du patio ni du jardin ! Le gîte dispose d'un grand terrain mais les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus et cela ne donne aucune envie de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse ou de passer du temps dans le jardin. Le gîte se situe à une cinquantaine de mètres de la Loire et est bien situé pour découvrir la région. Il y a une boulangerie dans le village, les autres commerces sont dans le village suivant à 3 km. Bon contact avec la propriétaire une semaine avant le séjour et durant le séjour.

Dès le premier instant nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ce gîte aux pièces spacieuses, bien décorées et aménagées. La tonnelle sous la treille, le grand jardin fleuri et arboré, le calme, la proximité de la Loire et de maints lieux touristiques sont des atouts indéniables qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Classeur de renseignements, adresses et notices touristiques très complet. Excellents contacts avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Agréable maison de vacances, rénovée avec goût et entourée d'un jardin fleuri et acceuillant. Située au calme dans un village des bords de Loire, et à 2 pas des berges, incitant à vous balader à pied et à vélo. Très bien placée au coeur de l'Anjou, elle nous a permis de découvrir de nombreux sites facilement. A noter: Livret d'acceuil fourni par la propriétaire est bien fait et nous confirmons les bonnes adresses incluses. Très satisfait.
