“Great location and included amenities”

“This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not……

“Beautiful property & great location! We loved having a kitchen & washer & dryer. The beds were comfy! The only bad thing was that the WiFi & TV would not work. For some reason, my US phone wouldn’t work without WiFi. My kids would have liked the TV. We did call about it, but it was not fixed while we were there.”

“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“Great location, room is spacious and clean. But I would rather not stay at this type of place. I hated that there so many extra charges... late check-out extra $50, one roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for cleaning or turn down service etc. When you add up the cost it's more expensive than regular hotels that I found.”

“Needs improvement: mention which parking lot location guests can park in, fix room number discrepancy, door codes (and elevator codes) didn’t work and it took quite a while to be able to check in with no onsite host.”
