The rare pearls

 "La perle rare Reunion" is a cozy Creole villa, in an exceptional setting. It is located in a lush green setting with direct access to the lagoon of La Saline les Bains.
Close to all amenities, it is a 4 **** furnished vacation rental with a maximum capacity of 2 to 6 people.
It has various spaces "lazing": a large fine sand garden and grassy spaces, a pergola with outdoor lounge and gas barbecue, a double bed in the shade of coconut trees, a hammock, sunbeds, an outdoor shower and finally a beautiful loveuse nestled 3 meters high in a centenary filao overlooking the lagoon.
For your leisure, you will find at your disposal a paddle, a kayak and beach games. The ideal place to rest, recharge and enjoy your holidays.


Housing
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms in the villa, two of which are equipped with a queen size bed and the third with two single beds that can be combined.
You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV corner (bouquet Orange and Netflix) and high-speed WIFI (fiber).
Linen and towels are provided as well as essential household cleaning products.
Two parking spaces in front of the villa are reserved for the exclusive use of the tenants.
NB: All baby appliances are provided without supplement (cot, high chair, basin for the bath).
  
Lease Settlement
- The rare gem is not an establishment open to the public and is strictly reserved for tenants appearing on the rental contract (insurance). The villa, its facilities, its parking spaces and its garden are planned for 6 people maximum. Extra guests or invitation   are not possible except special situation, with agreement of the owners. - Smoking is allowed outdoors and strictly prohibited inside the house.
- The rare gem is located at the end of a private driveway, which serves several dwellings. Loud music and parties are not allowed during the day or evening. 
- The presence of pets in the accommodation is strictly prohibited, regardless of its duration. 
- “The Love Nest” is a lounge area, located approximately 3 metres above the ground and accessible by a fixed wooden ladder, reserved for adults and designed to accommodate up to 2 people. We are not responsible for any accident resulting from the use of this space.


Access
The villa is located 10 minutes from Saint Gilles and the Route des Tamarins, between the beach of the Hermitage and that of Trou d'eau, on the far  west of the island, in the subdivision Dayot de la Saline les bains. Whitin walkin or biking distance, you will find : large area, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, post office and beach shops.
