Lovely hotel

I was solo and was a little worried about where I would stay in France. I could not have found a more friendly, accommodating and clean hotel. I stayed 10 days and felt like friends with owner and staff by the time I left. Highly recommend this out of the hustle and bustle of San Raphael hotel! The pool - magnificent!

Very relaxed and comfortable

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Little things like giving us some water and treats as was left was a nice touch. The hotel is quiet and tranquil - the pool is lovely and our ground floor room had a lovely terrace. It is an easy drive to the beach but was nice to be away from the busyness. Car parking was easy at the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property. Lovely staff. Comfortable room and we loved the pool. Suggest for $350 euro you get to use the hot tub and steam. Charging extra for this, along with breakfast seems excessive.

Best surprise of our holiday.

This is the most fabulous boutique hotel situated 5 minutes outside the Raphaél city centre. Here there is calm and trees. Also the pool area is great, clean, large and welcomming. We stayed in the suite with two kids who had their own seperate bedroom and bathroom. There’s a courtyard with jacuzzi. All private. The hotel is neatly decorated with art pieces everywhere you look. A nice bonus to this place is the sbsolutely magnificent staff. This hotel is NOT 3 stars. Its more likely 4 or 5. So the price for the rooms is a bargain!

Wir haben eine ganze Woche dort verbracht und sind insgesamt zufrieden mit Preis Leistung es gibt aber ein ganz großes ABER eigentlich hatten wir das Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht, jedoch kamen wir an und das Zimmer hat stark nach Urin gerochen und es gab Schimmel an der Lüftung, daher sind wir sofort an die Rezeption gegangen und uns wurde direkt geholfen. Leider gehen wir davon aus, dass das Problem bekannt ist, das Zimmer jedoch weiter vermietet wird. Als Upgrade haben wir einen Bungalow draußen bekommen, mit dem wir dann sehr zufrieden waren, daher also die mittelmäßige Bewertung, da wir im ersten Zimmer 1/10 Sternen gegeben hätten und wir dort wahrscheinlich direkt wieder ausgecheckt wären, uns jedoch direkt sehr gut geholfen wurde mit dem neuen Zimmer.

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet hôtel ! Endroit magnifique et paisible. Une piscine superbe , un personnel aux petits soins et très souriant . Mention spéciale pour les personnes en charge du petit déjeuner, un moment de qualité avec des produits excellents . Si nous devions regretter quelques petites choses, ce serait l'absence de la restauration qui d'après ce que nous avions vu sur le site était de qualité , visiblement des changements ont eu lieu donc plus de restaurant, dommage . Autre détail , lit 2 places avec 2 matelas de 1 place accolés, et de fait un vide au milieu, ce qui gâche l'expérience de sommeil en couple . Mérite d'être revu Pour le reste c'est un sans faute , nous reviendrons …

Nous sommes arrivés en début d’après-midi pour récupérer notre chambre. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet établissement il y a moins d’un an et en étions très satisfaits. L’accueil reste agréable, mais on nous informe que le propriétaire a changé. Très vite, la déception s’installe : impossible de profiter de la piscine, tous les transats sont encore emballés sous plastique. L’eau est extrêmement sale (verte, avec des galets de chlore au fond) et non baignable. Le personnel finit par nous installer des transats. Au bar, aucune carte disponible et une barmaid débutante. Le spritz proposé est à peine buvable. Côté snack, seules des amandes rances nous sont proposées. Pendant ce temps, le personnel déballe les transats autour de nous, avec en plus des travaux bruyants juste au-dessus. Nous décidons de partir passer l’après-midi ailleurs. L’hôtel donne une impression générale d’improvisation : extérieur mal entretenu, salle de sport avec odeur de renfermé. Dans la chambre, gel douche dilué et présence de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Au checkout, aucun retour ne nous est demandé, c'est peut-être mieux. Pour un établissement 4*, cela est incompréhensible. Nous avons eu le sentiment d’un hôtel ouvert dans la précipitation pour la saison. Expérience très décevante, nous sommes repartis soulagés. À ce prix, il existe de bien meilleures options à proximité.

L’accueil été super! Le petit geste dans notre chambre nous a extrêmement plu Par contre c’est bien dommage sur un point nous avions notre machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas nous avons prévenu la réception afin qu’il puisse voir mais aucun retour et du coup nous avons du aller au bar prendre des cafés.. c’est le seule point négative à dire. Sinon le spa est superbe 👍
