With its heated pool area, sunny terraces with relaxation equipment, barbecue, boule game, your relaxation is perfectly guaranteed. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, dining room, living room with fireplace, master bedroom with its bathroom, guest WC and a 2nd bedroom all with magnificent sea views, complete this main floor. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms and balcony with magnificent sea view, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, laundry room and garage.

Erstklassiger Urlaub!
Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Jungendliche) in dieser wunderschönen Villa an einem Berghang mit fantastischer Aussicht gelegen über die Weihnachtstage. Von Anreise bis Abreise lief alles perfekt. Vor Ort bekamen wir allerlei Tips bzgl Einkäufe und Restaurants. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch und sehr ruhig. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Maison de colline acceuillante, bien équipée, en pleine nature et à l'abris de traffic énervant et de regards malvenus. Imprenable vue sur mer à apprécier de préférence sur matelas gonflable dans le infinity pool.

Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell (hatten Probleme zB mit WiFi). Super geeignet, wenn man es ruhig mag, entspannen will (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand via kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar). Küche super ausgestattet. Alles sauber. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen

Ich war Ende September 2021 mit meinem Ehemann und meinem Hund dort. Im Haus und auf der gesamten Terrasse waren unzählige Tausendfüßler die herumkrochen. Der Pool war voller toter Tausendfüßler und Blätter. Der Außengrill war sehr dreckig und auf dem Grundstück lag Hundekot. Das gesamte Grundstück war ungepflegt. Im Haus setzten sich die Probleme fort. Auch im Haus waren viele Tausendfüßler. Außerdem war es sehr verstörend das überall Überwachungskameras hingen die offensichtlich an waren. Eine davon war sogar auf den Pool gerichtet. Laut Concierge sei dies nötig weil es ein Jahr zuvor einen Einbruch gab. Auch im Wohnzimmer hingen welche. Als wir am späten Abend mit dem Vermieter telefonierten sagte er wir sollen einfach Socken drüber hängen. Da frage ich mich wie man sich als Mieter sicher fühlen soll. Die Lage eskalierte am späten Abend dann komplett sodass wir am Anreisetag nur wenige Stunden nach der Ankunft abreisten. Unter unseren Auto das wir auf der hauseigenen Einfahrt geparkt hatten lag eine tote Schlange. Ich nehme an wir haben sie bei unserer Ankunft aus versehen überfahren. Wir wurden erst durch unseren Hund auf sie aufmerksam. Als wir beschlossen nicht hier zu übernachten weil wir uns wirklich extrem ekelten kontaktierten wir den Vermieter. Er war absolut uneinsichtig und bestreitete alles. Alles in einem war es eine Katastrophe. Ich empfehle wirklich niemanden hier Urlaub zu machen. Einfach nur furchtbar

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Traum-Blick
Tolles Ferienhaus - ruhige Lage, sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung... und ein einzigartiger Meerblick, an dem man sich einfach nicht sattsehen kann! Die Objektfotos der Anzeige sind sehr aussagekräftig - es ist wirklich sooooo schön vor Ort! :-) Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und ansprechbar, der Concierge vor Ort ist ebenfalls nett und wenn nötig gut erreichbar.
