“Property was ok to sleep in few down points regarding bathroom cleaning and no toaster in kitchen Property may look into getting few more bits into kitchen for cooking facilities no frying pans there could do with few clothes hooks for coats too”

“A very quiet and relaxing place to stay. A bit worried about parking the car, but got the hang of it, a bit tricky. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. ”

“We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……

“It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.”

“This accommodation is really comfortable, with the en suite bedrooms at each end of a large open plan living space.It is an ideal place for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside and the various attractions that are within easy driving distance.The location is quiet, safe for kids, secure and comfortable.The farm fresh eggs are superb.The owner is really nice and her dog Skye is lovely.”

“Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat. 2 doubles and a single. Pet friendly although in the end we left our dog at home. Private garden space down some steps at the side of the house. Parking for 1 car on the drive at front of house. Located just behind the park with a very short walk to the seafront and shops. Perfect for those who want to park up and relax. Very quiet road. Buses are a convenient way to get around and run from Skegness to mablethorpe quite frequently.”
