"The room (clean) had a view out to the water. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee pot - felt like a micro apartment. There's a staircase onto the roof to enjoy even more views. Right at a pedestrian crossing to the beach. Secure micro-resort. Nice pool, Well kept, Good breakfast food (variety and abundance) And the STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! "

"Our only complaint was housekeeping. Everything was clean, but it was a guessing game what would not be there every day. Only one day we had wash cloths, one day we had neither hand towels nor wash cloths (although we asked to get them), one day no coffee cups, then no supplies for the coffee machine. Definitely not reliable. The private beach was small but okay. We had enough chairs, but not umbrellas. The hotel is literally by the cruise ship port. It was interesting to watch. The food was good. Staff very friendly. "

"The hotel stay was great for our family; we traveled with a group of 13. It was great to have access to Atlantis every day! The rooms were very spacious; the staff were so kind. Started every day off with a great good morning from the cleaning staff in the hall! Breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh! Make sure you get the wings. Soo good! We ate 2 dinners at the restaurant, the steak dinner was my go too after seeing someone else have it. "

" This resort is perfect. It has everything you need and is a good value all-inclusive. Great location if you want to explore the island. 5 minute walk to Atlantis casino, and 25 minute cab ride to all the tourist attractions. Beaches, markets, casinos. Friendly, attentive staff & Clean, well-maintained property. If you’re looking for an extra luxurious resort then this might not be for you though."

"Breakfast had sausage and eggs, which were delicious. Waffles, fruits and cereal, and . Coffee and juice. Happy hour is at 730 every night, where I met great people and had an amazing time, I definitely suggest catching atleast one happy hour. The place is owned and operated by family and they were a vibe. I’ve been to Nassau plenty before but from now on Colony Club is where I’ll be staying. "

"Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room. The staff was helpful in switching, which we did the following day. The new room was better, but still had problems. The bathrooms in both were just dirty. The corners of the bathrooms and the grout/caulking were gross. The balconies...oh boy, it was hard to even go out. You'd step outside and the bottoms of your feet were instantly black. I'm not sure theyve ever cleaned the floor or chairs out there. This was a two room sample size of these issues. Our dryer in the room barely worked. The casino, bars, pools, beach were all very nice. The restaurants were good too, though very expensive. It feels like they are trying to be an upscale resort, but don't have the basics down. Cleanliness and service should be number 1, but they arent. At half the price, we would probably go back, but never again for what it is now."

"The staff was not welcoming especially the front desk. The staff is unresponsive to phone calls. It took hours to get a blow dryer. During the trip my key band stopped working. The first question I was asked, were you suppose to check out today. When I still had several days left of the trip. I was truly disappointed in the trip. "
