Bartenders not attentive. always off talking , would look at you and walk away at both bars at the pool. Heaven forbid you order any kind of martini they laughed at you made you wait longer which at times was 10 plus minutes and yes i tipped. The buffet services was not much better and the food was the same almost every day and night. I could only get 1 reservation in 6 days due to they didn't offer many time slots. The pool was always dirty cups left over from the night before ..tiles missing all over the pool. I would not recommend this hotel did not get the service like I normally do at other RIU properties.
