We went with a group of 45 for a wedding. The pool was great. Lots of food offerings at buffet which were decent. Room was updated and air while loud worked great. Internet for watching tv was inconsistent and phone did not work. Caulking in bathroom was not done correctly. The customer service was inconsistent and lacking in many ways. Some staff was very friendly and helpful but overall did not seem interested in going above for guests. Workers could be rude or not helpful in some places. Activities were closed or large wait times in between for example music at the pool was off for extended periods . The wedding coordinator mistakenly told the hair and make up the wrong time for ceremony. The wait staff for the reception did not know what was ordered and ran out of dishes that were iordered. Resort has potential to be great but misses the mark in too many areas.
