The mattresses are horrible, several elderly ppl I saw and heard complaining about the beds, I too felt the mattresses need to be changed. Otherwise Hotel Riu was great the entertainers, and pool staff, security was amazing. the shuttle company Shuttle Central the bus was in very poor condition.

We stayed at the Cove. Dont let them convince you that it is adult only…… there were kids EVERYWHERE! Food was good, service good, but this NOT adult only.

We had a great time! There were some extra fees for things we were not expecting- the drinks and food were pricey but the resort was so beautiful and well kept and the staff was a 10/10 and the highlight of the trip/ had a wonderful time overall!
