“There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing.”

“The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked……

“The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We loved staying on the La Pacifica side, closest to the quieter pool and fitness center. The fitness center has spectacular views and nice amenities, including outdoor workout equipment. How cool to watch whales during a workout! The pools were all clean with comfortable, padded chairs. It was easy to get reservations at restaurants, even……

“Solid 7…Generally a Nice Property, clean and well maintained, but the place has quite a few miles on it and it’s quickly evident in the bathrooms and common areas.Also very much a resort, dint stay if you want to experience authentic culture. ”

“This resort was perfect for us. We had a problem at first when we checked in with the view from our balcony ...it was that of a utility wall covering. The front desk did a great job of allowing us to move to another room even though we traveled during a very busy spring break period. We had a two bedroom lockout and it was perfect for our two families. My Daughters family stayed in the larger unit and was able to fit a crib and a blow up toddler bed in the bedroom. It was great having the room……
