Plumbing issues with the shower. Cleaning staff doesn't speak English. Hotel restaurant food was the worst food I ever received.

Nice hotel in the heart of Downtown

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The size of the double beds from full to queen could be upgraded since there is enough space for these rooms to accommodate two queen beds.
Location: Located in the heart of downtown close to shops, restaurants and the highway.
This hotel has a great location and the rooms are large and very clean. The only negative aspect I have to point out is the size of the beds. Even though the beds are nice and comfortable, when one asks for a double room, the two beds are full size, so for two people to sleep in each bed they are narrow. They are comfortable for only one person in each bed. My friends and I just spent two nights in this hotel, and the second night I ended up sleeping on the floor. In this case, I suggest to pay for rollaway beds in order to sleep comfortable.

Solid choice

Pros: Ground floor facing grassy courtyard was great for us as dog-owners. Nice pool. Room and everything was fine.
Cons: Re-open casual cafe. We were very tired on arrival and the restaurant has a very limited menu which didn't happen to appeal to us.
Location: Near downtown restaurants that you can walk to but you really need a car.
Good overall. Smooth check-in, nice room, good location, lacking in dining options. Great for dog-owners.

parking lot is dark and unsecured

Front desk staff at check in is not friendly. Breakfast restaurant waitress didn't do the service . Parking lot is dark and unsecured.

Lovely oasis in a bustling city

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, check-in was quick and easy. Helpful staff. Nice amenities.
Cons: If there was a hotel map, I would have really appreciated it. The hotel is spread out and I honestly lost my way to the parking lot more than once.
Location: The hotel provides convenient access to Salt Lake City attractions and great airport access.
I found the room to be very clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a nice view of the mountains above the busy city streets. There was a minimum of city street noise.

Protect Bears Ears Rally

Parking was the only problem I had when I checked in.

Convenient location and great view

The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. It was also close to many things to walk to. The parking wasn't great at the hotel though.

Everything was great except the parking. It is quite inconvenient as it's a bit out of the way esp if you come late. Expect quite a walk. Otherwise it was quite nice. Typical of a Sheraton Surprised there were no movie channels but that's a small thing.
