This property is not safe, we arrived and was told they had dropped my reservation?? I had already prepaid it, she fixed that and gave me a key to room 165 on the back side of all rooms, got in room and was just getting ready to go to bed and someone opens our door WITH A KEY??? The chain kept door from opening, i hollered at them, and startled them as well, I went outside and spoke to the couple and they had just be given the key to room 165 for them as well.. I checked the door to see if it would open without a key and it wouldn't..We put the big chair infront of door for the night.. next morning went to take a shower and the door to shower and toilet fell off of the hinges, just came out of the wall??? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. Told the morning crew when leaving and they were not apologetic, or anything.. What a waste of Money on our part and I thought Windam properties were better than this?

HORRIBLE! This place was not clean in any way! Bottle cap on the bed, French fries, dirt, drill bit, balloon in the couch and fold out bed, extra blankets wadded up, dirty and thrown into the closet. Carpet not vacuumed, hole in the wall, lamps didn't work, remote taped together. Bathroom and counters still dirty. We did not stay, doubt they give us our money back either.

One step above camping. Bring your own shampoo, washcloth, towel and pillowcases. Wear shoes in the room. (I discovered metal staples laying around on the floor.) Filthy room. Dirty pillow cases. Filthy property. Staff were friendly, but unprofessional. The temperature in the room was good and it was quiet while I was there, which I appreciated.

Sadly this property needs a lot of maintenance work. Pieces of door hanger from back of bathroom door found just laying on counter. Our room, #170, had ripped carpet with string hanging. No coffee for the coffee maker. Only one hand towel and washrag. No bath towels. With regard to cleanliness, there was toilet paper in the toilet upon our arrival. It did not appear soiled but who knows how long it had been there. The point is that it should not have been in there. Couch had unknown stains on it. Bed was fine. Clean sheets. Although the bedspread was a very thin synthetic that did not warm us very well. Breakfast was OK except for the coffee. Weird taste and weak. Price of room was OK. But the property is not what it used to be when I stayed there annually back in middle 2000"s

Very dirty. We found blood spatters in the bathroom. The outside was trashy. There was a random charcoal grill, trash, and filth everywhere. There was a man clearly high on meth wandering around. We didn’t even stay because we felt unsafe. At least I was refunded the full amount.

The property is run down and supposedly being renovated (I did not see any construction going on). The rooms were dirty and when complained to the receptionist she said the cleaning crew was not very good. Nobody seviced our room the second day and when we went to complain, they said that we had to request service the day before 9 AM in order to get service the following day. Towels are threadbear and not very clean. There were cockroaches in the room. Most of the electrical outlets were not working. We had to configure the television so that it could work. We ended up leaving and not staying for the third day (stayed two of three nights). I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. There was a dirty diaper on the floor outside of the office. Do not list this property on your website.

Please do not stay there, The room was very dirty, you can tell was not vacuumed or moped, there were a black sticky something all over the floor, the bathroom was the same, the bathtub was clogged, only 2 towels were clean the rest were fold as clean, but were used, there was no trash can, and the door safety lock was broken, the hall ways were stained over stained, when to the lobby to complain but was so dusty and unpleasant that explained it all, so change my mind, if they use the renovation excuse don’t buy it, it is not because of that, they just do not care.

So, the images are a flat out lie. Filthy isn't even a strong enough word. On my birthday I had to drive back 25 miles just to grab some things before going out and when I try to use my key card it just flat out wouldn't work. Apparently the electronic key card part of the door died. The employee wasn't sure what to do but she was very nice. I left my number with her to call me as soon as it was fixed and 3 hours later I had to call her at 10:30 at night to figure out if I could get in or not while I was sitting in town waiting. She was still very nice. The place is falling apart. I had 3 little half size pillows on my king size bed. When I ask for more or even just to trade for real pillows I was told no. When I ask for a clean towel on my second day there I was told I had to bring a towel to the office in order to get a new one. I was floored. I will be fighting for my money back for sure.

Staff at front desk was nice. Room was dirty, threadbare towels and only enough for one person. Commode did not flush well. Breakfast was not available until 8am, no condiments for coffee, sparce options, many people left without eating.

The room was clean but there were stains on the towels and it looked like they dismemberment clean the tub very well. It looked like a rush job. But they did change our the towels for us and the staff was really nice about it

The shower head went to my chin, the blankets were all stained it smelled horrible the towels were gross. The staff was snooty and no personality. The parking lot was filled with tons of construction worker or oil field trucks and machinery couldn’t even get in or out. Never again!

The property was very aged. The floors were uneven in the room, there was mold on the ceiling, and there was no hot water to shower with. There were stains all over the floor in the room along with an old mattress leaned up against the wall. The rooms smelled of sewage.
