We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect since it was literally on the Riverwalk! The hotel was very nice and well maintained…the free breakfast and dinner was a nice surprise and it was real food too! No powdered eggs here! The service exceeded expectations too from the moment that we checked in with Jorge to Rachel who talked to us every morning in the dining room! If you ever plan a trip to San Antonio and the Riverwalk, we would highly recommend staying here! What a wonderful gem!

Beautiful. Ckean.Great location. Easy walk to all riverwalk activities, shopping. Dining...Very friendly and helpful staff. (Only negative were the pillows- small, too soft. Flat- but no deal breaker.) You can definitely see the postive culture in each interaction.witnessed several staff going above to ensure guests had everything. Added plus jetted tub was huge..and the morning breakfast and evening drinks/ snacks were an added bonus. Keep up the great work. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful lobby, nice clean large room, good breakfast included, fast but open free wifi, weird wide bank corridors getting to room, insufficient but fast and nice elevators, great location, expensive pricing during the eclipse, very expensive valet parking.

The hotels is beautiful, rooms are clean, bed was so comfortable. Great access to Riverwalk. Customer service was impeccable from all staff. Loved it! Highly recommended!

Cool old bank building right on the Riverwalk. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a complimentary happy hour from 5:30 to 7 with a fairly extensive free dinner/snack buffet. The hotel staff is friendly and the location is close to all kinds of downtown area restaurants/attractions

The best place to stay in San Antonio because of the location directly on the Riverwalk. The entire staff was incredible…professional, helpful and friendly. The view from the 2 towers was breathtaking. Rooms were nicely appointed. The Drury is in the iconic Alamo Bank which has been restored to perfection. I would highly recommend The Drury to anyone visiting San Antonio.

I was very unimpressed with this hotel, and can’t believe it’s a 3 star. I paid for a top king bed room with terrace. There were no hangers (had to go plead for some from front desk), no nightstand on one side of the bed (even 1 star hotels give you two), wires everywhere, only one small sink and no counter space, no pen or paper on the desk, a 6’ minute walk to the front desk, and a very old sagging bed with u comfortable pillows. The only cups were inexpensive plastic, the toilet paper cheap and very thin. Need two elevators to get to your room. One of the worst over priced and overrated hotels in my life (I travelled to 42 counties and have tried about every type). Very disappointing experience.

Turned back time coming here. Historical and enjoyable for couples getaway! Loved loved LOVED the mornings and delicious breakfast provided. Over exceeded my expectations! Everything we enjoyed was within walking distance AND Riverwalk access was quiet, clean and away from the crowds of people.

Honestly blown away by this hotel! We were upgraded to a suite when we checked in, which was so nice and unexpected! They have free breakfast, free dinner, and 3 free drinks per adult! Definitely never been to a hotel that offered all of that. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was FREEZING and that was one of my reasons for booking the hotel here because I knew it'd be too cold for the outdoor pool. Besides that, amazing experience!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The valet parking is the best I have ever experienced till now. Also not to forget about the evening happy hour service and amazing breakfast options. The riverwalk is 2min walk from the hotel and the Alamo Church is 8 min from the hotel. Happy Hour Highlight: 3 Free Drinks !! Would definitely recommend to stay at this place and will come back again whenever in San Antonio.

FANTASTIC LOCATION FOR RIVERWALK!! Very clean, friendly staff. Free breakfast & light dinner, free drinks, iced water in lobby at all times. Safe - had to use key to get in front door of lobby and to get on elevators.

We had a great stay at the hotel! We loved the included breakfast and the free dinner at night! The room was spacious and everything was clean. The only qualm we had was that the room was only cleaned every second day, and that the elevators take forever, especially around breakfast time. Other than that we had a great stay, the staff was sooo friendly and accommodating. Very family friendly place to stay too! Will gladly stay here again!

Love the 5:30 kickback, free breakfast, rooftop pool and hot tub, and the history of the building. Honestly the valet parking was really nice too, though it is $39 a night. It was nice to have a safe spot to park for the night.

Fantastic hotel, perfect location right on the river walk. Not the cheapest option, but well worth the extra.. Loved the morning buffet & evening free wine & beer for guests! Large rooms, beautiful building & cool pool/hot tub on the roof. Highly recommended.
