The staff was pleasant and friendly. That ends the good portion of my review.
There was only one elevator and it was small, so when we were stuck in it at one point for several minutes with ten other people, it was rather scary. Our door had an issue where you had to pull it shut to make sure it was secure, and the cleaning crew left our door open at least three days during our stay.
It was loud in the room due to road noise. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. The breakfast options were limited and the pancake maker and one half of the toaster were broken. Also, the computer in the lobby was not working.
But, by far, the worst issue was the mattress. It was literally covered in stains! It was disgusting and uncomfortable. This place is falling apart and I can't recommend anyone staying here.
