Perfect for our small family!
Our family of 3 stayed for the spring break week and it was wonderful. The unit is exactly as described and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The parking is great and you can’t beat the location. We did have a small issue with the freezer but the host was quick to respond with a solution. It did not negatively impact our week at all. We will be back. Thank you!

Great location, Beautiful views
Location is wonderful and right on the boardwalk. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated all the blankets during some of our chilly December nights. The owner communicated with us regarding construction prior to our stay which did not end up being a problem. Our only issues was check in. When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned from the previous stay. We had a difficult time contacting the owner. There was no contact info given other than messaging through VRBO. We called VRBO and they attempted to contact the owner for us. The cleaners did show up about an hour and a half after check in time and did a very thorough job however. Cleanliness was a 1 when we arrived and a 5 after the cleaners. That hour and a half was pretty stressful but we are glad that it all worked out.

This is the perfect spot to be , the condo is absolutely beautiful and well decorated it comes with everything you need . The view and location is breathtaking . The check in and check out process is super easy and any questions or concerns were answered with in min . The host was awesome and super friendly . Come with beach chairs , umbrella ,beach towels , sand toys everything you need , plus fully stocked kitchen plates glasses silverware etc . Bbq grill .the beds are super comfy as well . We will definitely be staying there again !

Perfect location for beach getaway.
There was a little bit of hiccup when we 1st checked in because the place had not been cleaned from the previous guests. I contacted Judy and she got on it right away to get someone out to clean. She kept in contact for our whole stay and even compensated us for the issue without us even asking which was very much appreciated. As for the condo it is a perfect location and overall great place to stay. Would stay again.

Beach Gem
It is a great place to relax and walk out onto the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, but a few local spots are a short walk away if you aren't cooking. It's not for people who want complete privacy, but still a fantastic location.

This house was a great fit for our family. My boys (ages 8 and 11) loved being so close to the beach. The house was also stocked with many items and has a beautiful layout. I would highly recommend this Vrbo!

This rental was everything we wanted and more. The size is deceiving. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy dinners in. Right on the beach so never a dull moment. We will be back for sure.

Landing ahead of schedule I was able to reach out to the property owner and was able to check-in early and begin my family vacation. The location was remarkable. Walking distance to everything. But most of all the VIEWS!!

The Condo was ‘as advertised’ updated nicely.. Ocean front and centrally located. A Ralph’s supermarket is literally right up the street.. and there are numerous restaurants surrounding you. The Condo is well stocked with Beach equipment so you could save yourself some packing.. I REALLY liked that it was set up like someone’s home and not packed with Bunk beds and futons to cram the max number of people into the unit… we have booked it again

Our Fave Spot
We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times now and love it. It’s a great location and we love the patio right on the boardwalk. The couch and and pull out bed are both very comfortable. We visit SD for sisters weekend every year and this is the perfect place. The weekend nights can be loud on the boardwalk but to be expected, we don’t mind. Highly recommend this spot and will most certainly be back.

Gorgeous property - worth the stay!
This was a beautiful location, and we felt so fortunate to just be able to click a button and have the metal curtain reveal the ocean view just a few steps away from the sliding glass door. Such a beautiful, well lit, and bright apartment. I recommend you go to Moe‘s just a few steps away And try to walk to whatever you need. There is a market and coffee shops, and anything you need to steps away. You shouldn’t need to move your car the whole time you’re there.

Perfect beach getaway
This condo is in a quiet section of Mission Beach, so we didn't have any problem with noise or drunk college kids. If a party is what you are after, a short walk north or south will bring you there. This property is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway or as a home base for a vacation filled with museum/zoo/baseball outings. We will be coming back next year.

Location Location Location
property was nice, clean and in the perfect location. We had 2 8 year olds and they played on the beach and boardwalk while we sat on the patio. It was perfect. The guests in the unit above us were pretty loud but that's nobody's fault but theirs. We didn't mind though, I remember when I was a young spring breaker :)

Ocean view every morning !
Rented 5 weeks and it was beautiful. Excellent timely response from hosts as needed. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Chairs and towels for patio and beach. Comfy bed. Great central location easy to walk or bike 2-13 miles. Cocktail hour every eve to watch sunset, read many books and appreciated all the amenities. Would rent here again. Thank you for a great getaway.

At last!
If you want to take easy walks, people watch and/or just stare at the ocean...look no further. Even with the crazy weather and rain, our trip was incredible, largely due to where we stayed. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay!
Loved our stay in this condo. Great location and very spacious for only being two bedrooms. Parking was also exceptional for the area being that the unit comes with 2 large spaces which from my experience is not the norm for the area. The one thing that could be fixed is the toilet. It takes a long time for the toilet to refill in between flushes which can be a hassle as there is only one bathroom in the unit. Otherwise, great condo!

Disappointing compared to previous visits
The location of this property and access to the beach are fantastic. We have stayed in this property over a dozen times, and this unit has been our favorite; we've stayed in this unit 2 or 3 times before, and have always loved the unit. Its on the end, has two parking spaces, great access to the beach. It has always been a step above other units we've stayed at in this building. However, this trip was very disappointing. The unit felt like no one had taken very good care of it; like the owner hadn't been in it for a while. We encountered many issues during our stay, including: Bathroom door didn't close, and couldn't be locked. Bad odor coming from garbage disposal. Security door on window of bedroom didn't close properly. Brown couch was dirty and smelled like urine. We had to put pads outside to help reduce odor. Screen door off its tracks. Bathroom sink drained slow. Stove lights in exhaust hood didn't work. Key for garage door didn't work. Ice maker didn't work, and no ice cube trays. No staples. Coffee, sugar, oil. No junk drawer. Pens, pencils, note paper, scissors. WD-40, pliers, screwdriver. Too much "stuff" (knick knacks, old spices, unnecessary/duplicate kitchenware) in cupboards and closets, and no room for our food and other supplies. Sink stopper didn't fit. Smoke detector in oceanfront room disconnected. In the past, this unit was clean and fresh and well stocked/appointed. This time, it was just less than expected. Like the owner, or property manager hadn't taken time to visit the unit, or they just didn't care. The property manager did send out people to correct some of the issues. The couch was cleaned, a handyman fixed a couple things, and someone took a look at the icemaker, but wasn't able to fix it. This work caused me to lose a couple days of vacation coordinating with the property manager, and having to be present while the work was done. And I didn't want to have to be up and ready for a repair person at 8 am while I'm on vacation. Although my friend and I have stayed in this unit several times, I don't think we would choose to stay there again until we know that the unit has received a good dose of TLC.

Can’t beat this location!
We had an amazing stay! The condo had all the needed necessities and more! The location and view were amazing. The unit does not have AC (stayed during a heatwave) luckily the unit had fans in each room. The couch definitely needs a good cleaning - it was a tad smelly. Other than that, we had a great stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Our Favorite Place to Stay on the Beach
Check-in process was a bit frustrating as the lock box is located directly in front of the door on the stairway pillar, not by the maintenance door and there's only one code, not two. Other than the check-in hiccup we had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful as always and the location can't be beat. We'd love to return next year as we usually book a year in advance however due to the substantial price increase we will not be able to. Thanks for the Memories.

Perfect Beach house
The property is clean and conveniently located about midway between two large pier/boardwalk areas with plenty of food options within walking distance. The back door literally looks out over Mission Beach. It was a bit chilly the week we went, so the beach was fairly non-crowded. The property came with everything you need for a beach trip and was just the right size for our family.

Two adult women 5 nights only 1 role of toilet paper, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, no hand soap. We’re from Utah no car not familiar with area property manager told us what we wanted to hear, instructions were not clear and she did not follow thru. When complaint made to mgr we were informed it was stated in the terms which we read and did not see any such statement.

Great location
We love staying here. I think this was our 3rd year. We love being on ground level, it makes loading up to go to the beach easy. It is a popular area so expect noise on the weekends right outside the master window. The vacation rental next door is usually a party on the weekends. We just know to close the exterior shade and use a sound machine. Again, it’s to be expected and doesn’t keep us from coming back. Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Great location!
This is as beachfront as you get in San Diego. This condo is located perfectly between Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Lots of stuff within walking distance. Everything else you’d want to see in San Diego is within a 20 min drive. We found the unit perfect for our small family of three. Our teen loved having her own room and we loved our room with its epic ocean view. The people watching on the patio was awesome. We bought propane and grilled on the patio and the grill was clean and cooked well. The only thing I wish that was there that wasn’t was maybe a boogie board. No complaints at all. We’ll be staying here again for sure.
