Our car broke down when we were leaving. Battery died out and we were running late to catch our return flight. The Hotel staff helped us jumpstart our car and helped us get to airport in time.

Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was simple. If something was out and employee was quick to restock. Pool was warm. One night stay beds were comfortable. Don't understand why they charge parking, no security or structure

Sports travel family overnight
Paid parking at suburban hotels like this is lame and nickel and dime scheme. We weren't advised about breakfast at check-in - we had to call and ask about it. We were told waffles would be at breakfast - they were not and my kids were disappointed. Travelled with kids for sports activities - it was closeby to facility and restaurants, most of all pretty quiet and clean.

We were happy with the friendly check in until we found out the room is not ready for us. We booked with 3 adult and 2 kids. When we arrived, the stay didn’t prepared for my entire group. Kids are okay to stay at sofa bed, but we can’t find any bedding. We had to go lobby and asked for more bedding. The worse part happened when we checked out, the front desk man intent to charge extra for my party which exactly indicated when booked stay. I have to say, the two bedroom I booked is quiet small. Beds are comfortable. Associates or communication might need some upgrade. Other than that is fine.

The beds and sofas were old and uncomfortable . When we checked with the staff to change our rooms , they were not helpful because we booked from orbitz . Their bath tubs very dirty and old . Their toiletries were not good . Overall I won’t give a 1 star for the price they have charged me for the week
