“The property is a 5-6 minute walk to downtown so easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. This includes Maya Walk so getting there for caving and ruins tours was easy. Far enough away to avoid the noise. Host was responsive. It was a little confusing to get the TV to work so i could watch the Super Bowl but we eventually got there. No regrets. ”

“Lovely place overall, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, my friends and I specifically booked this location because we were looking forward to using the pool. Unfortunately, it was not up and running during our visit. We do wish this had been communicated to us in advance, as it did impact our experience.”
