"Cozy Flat was perfect for us! Samantha and Natasha were amazing! When we arrived, we couldn’t get the bedroom AC to turn on. They addressed it right away. In record time they had it fixed, less than two hours from we messaged them about it. The place was very clean and had excellent eating spots close by. It’s about a fifteen walk or short cab ride to downtown which was fine for us as we liked staying just outside of the town centre. We’d stay there again."

"The unit is still being developed. We liked the country setting. But the dirt roads to get there are bumpy. Good value for the price. Very friendly & helpful hosts. Water pressure in the area is extremely low, something the hosts have no control over. But that makes taking a shower a challenging task. If we go back to the Spanish Lookout area, we'd be happy to stay there again. Frank"

"The property was located on the outsides of San Ignacio, easy to locate with google maps and the hotel itself was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the tranquility at night listening to the Mopan River behind the hotel. Service was on point. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional.
