Regarding Netflix you are suppose to use your sign in to access the app. Additionally, we are actively working to resolve the issues with the shower drainage in the bathroom. Im so sorry you didn't understand our contemporary layout of the bathroom the shower is 6 feet by 6 feet is very big for that reason no need for shower curtain. All the info about toiletries and extra toilet paper was in the welcome text i sent you and they were under the bathroom sink. I also left you 6 towels not 1 usually if a guest needs more they ask so I didn't know you needed more towels im sorry about that. Our goal is to make all our guest feel at home and make there stay in PR better. Next time please ask us the location for items or me and ask I will gladly help you find the items.
