“This was a fabulous hotel. Extremely family friendly and a huge bonus getting a rate including the wonderful breakfast buffet. The food at the resort was excellent including the beach restaurant which did not at all feel like “hotel food”. Rooms were spacious and comfortable- we got two connecting rooms for the kids. They were nice and cool, very updated, and bedding was comfortable - all very important to us. The one flaw is the lack of seats by the pool - you have to claim a seat very early. I……

“The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. ”

“NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT, THE SAVE BOX DIDNT WORK, WHEN THEY DO HOUSEKEEPING THE HOUSEKEEPER DOESNT BRING TOWEL INTO THE ROOM AND THE BATHROOM DRAWER ARE UGLY AND CHIPPING OFF THE DOORS THE SINK OF THE BATHROOM AND TUB ARE DIRTY THE BATHROOM MIRROR IS CHIPPING OFF.. “Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Only issue is that there was major construction happening in front of the hotel, blocking the entrance for cars and creating loud noises during the day. I would likely have chosen another hotel knowing this information beforehand.”

“I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and I wouldn’t consider myself a very picky traveler—as long as I get what I pay for. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met here. The food and drinks are good once you finally receive them, but the wait times can be very long. The rooms themselves are fine, however they need to be kept extremely cold or the ceiling starts to sweat. I understand this is a tropical climate, but it’s uncomfortable having my kids come in from the pool into an ice-cold……
