DO NOT BOOK WITH 310 GUEST HOUSE! I made a reservation to stay here for a work trip to Puerto Rico. I have a long and detailed trail of evidence that shows they failed to follow their own procedure/ rules regarding communication- 2 weeks prior to the trip the posting says you will get a security link and check in information. That never happened. I waited patiently until the Thursday before to begin inquiring. I sent an email and multiple texts Made calls to Expedia regarding my concerns. The Expedia agents were also not successful in getting through to the email or number provided. I sent final texts on Tuesday morning to 310 Guest House with a deadline to provide a response or I needed to book another place to stay. They lied about sending info to WhatsApp and would not refund the charges to my card. Note: there is no front desk you can call. These people are dishonest and incompetent.

Communication was excellent, walking distance to pier to pick up our cruise, room was clean and comfy. Down side is the street noise and loud air conditioning unit too close to the bed.

So-so stay
When we arrived, we had to call because the key box did not have any keys - they said they gave us the wrong key box info. When we got to the room, we had to call again because we could not get the wifi to work when following the wifi info listed on the card in the room. They said, don't use those instructions - they gave us alternate instructions. They said parking was approx $8 to $10 per day at the local parking garages - it turned out to be $26 per day. The shower had limited hot water with low volume. Killed four bugs in the unit. The location was excellent - wanted to end this review on a high note.
