Extraordinary experience
We have rented dozens of marvelous properties over the last 20 years. This one is among the very best! Ana and Ian were perfect hosts, quick with communications and always helpful. The villa (a condo) could not have been more perfect; it exceeded our high expectations. It has EVERYTHING we needed, including necessities (to us!) like tissues in every bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen, and plenty of glassware, dishes, nice pots and pans, bowls, utensils etc. We enjoy making our own supper “at home” on vacation and we lacked nothing in the cooking department! The beds and pillows were super comfy, the AC system was perfect, there were plenty of nice towels for showering and the beach and poop! The very large terrace was like having a wonderful outside room for coffee and relaxation. The villa complex was lovely and the pool next to the condo was HEAVEN! The beach was a 5 minute drive and there were two ADDITIONAL nearby beautiful pools. We cannot say enough positive things about this property and its hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Paradise!
Our family of 6 had an incredible time here. The location is great, we rented a car and were able to find excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The resort itself was incredible. We loved that the pool was just a short walk away with our kids. The villa was excellent and everything you need and could think of was provided. The communication with the host was very responsive and helpful! Everything you need and more!

Wonderful Family Villa
This villa was perfect for a family vacation in Puerto Rico. A true home away from home the villa is cozy and has all the amenities. The neighborhood is wonderful and the pools are fantastic. The beach pool and beach access and chairs are a huge addition. The owner's communication is wonderful and responsive. There are 2 gates to enter and while one closes after 6:45pm the main gate is close by and a short drive. Highly recommneded and we would stay there again.

Location Location Location
This property is in a fantastic location for all the NE part of the island and the resort has to offer. This "Cluster's" OWN pool is right outside this unit. The "Villa's " Beach Front pool and private beach access is only a 3 minute cart golf cart ride. Rain Forrest and related tours 25 minutes, Bio Bays 30 minutes, SJU Airport 35 minutes. Abundance of Restaurants along the main Hwy Rt 3. Luquillo and Fajardo 15 minutes tops . The King and Queen Beds were comfortable. Clean Unit. Everything Worked, No Issues. Sunrise on balcony side. There is a Dehumidifier you can plug in for those high humid days to remove that island dampness. Individual Room AC Units. Unit as pictured . Ian, the property manager meets you upon arrival and reviews everything about the grounds, amenities available and the unit with you. Vey helpful.

Great place
Villa was great for a group trip. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils making cooking easy. Spacious living area. Pool right across street from villa. Short golf cart ride down to beach. Resort area really nice, poolside bar and restaurant. About 30min drive to San Juan downtown area.

Good location. Property needs some repairs. 3rd bedroom was like a closet. No windows. Nice amenities-beach chairs, cooler, game closet, golf cart. Dining tables too small. Water was not hot in showers-faucets confusing. Property next to Wyndham resort but we didn’t have access to any amenities at resort. Listing was confusing.

Thank you for choosing our villa. We love to host families and most come with kids/young adults who enjoy our big rooms for parents and cozy bunks for younger ones. Location, safe and inside of resort does have access to all paid amenities (golf, restaurants, spa, water sports). Sorry if that was confusing to your family. And that master bath shower faucet installed backwards, we do have to fix. we keep mentioning it but it only sticks when it’s a problem. Wish you much health and returns to the island.

Thanksgiving Stay
Nice property and in a good area. The complex is huge and very confusing at night, make sure to get all your items before 7pm when the closest gate closes near your unit, otherwise you must drive a long distance to get in and out. Very secured complex which was nice. This unit is nice, but a bit dated. The golf cart is a must as the beach is quite a distance by foot from the unit. The owners do a good job communicating. Overall a nice place to stay. Communication on entering pools and such would be nice to know prior to booking. This can be challenging at times.

Outstanding Stay
We had an absolute fantastic getaway at this property. We had my family of 5 (my kids are 14, 18 & 20). The space was comfortable and well appointed. Beds are comfy, too. We had fun staying within the resort, as well as going off resort for tours, restaurants, rainforest, bio bay, snorkeling etc. The golf cart was terrific to have to get to the beach and the casino/resort amenities. Ana and Ian were terrific to work with. If we find ourselves in PR again, we will definitely book here!!! Thank you, Ana & Ian ☺️

Incredible location, home and hosts
Ana and Ian were fantastic hosts. Check-in was super easy and Ian gave me a tour of the whole Wyndham property. The golf cart was great to have as it is a very large property and made traveling through the campus much easier. The Villa was stocked with games, movies, etc. There was a ton of space, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We ran into an issue with some construction that was happening outside our villa which was very annoying but Ian and Ana did everything they could to get it all resolved. They eventually offered a refund of a night because of the issues even though it was not their fault. Our flight was a late night flight and they both made accommodations that allowed us to stay on the beach all day and come back and shower. As hosts, they are truly the best we have ever had. Thank you so much for making our family vacation one to remember forever.

Amazing rental
We loved staying at this rental! Location is amazing very close to El Yunque and less than 40 min from San Juan and Fajardo. Grocery stores are also not too far from the house. The kitchen has everything a person needs to prepare and cook food and the house is comfortable and feels like home. Everything you need for the beach is available for use! Having the golf cart available was a huge bonus! We could take everything down for the beach with minimal effort. The beach and larger pool are about an 8 min golf cart ride; definitely worth renting for 7 nights to have use of it! The cluster pool is right outside the door of the house and never had other people in it. 10/10 highly recommend this rental; great for larger families or friend groups!

First time to Puerto Rico
We were very happy with our stay, the property worked out really well for our family. It was wonderful to have a pool just steps out the front door and easy golf cart ride to the main hotel. We would definitely stay with Ana again, she was very commutative and responsive.

Great place to stay
Absolutely oved the location (great beach, restaurants, activities all very close). Great communication, overall a great experience. Only thing to be aware of is that getting in/out of the condo can be a bit challenging later at night due to closer security gates closing requiring a longer driver through the entire property (clearly a very minor inconvenience).

Fantastic stay
Brought the whole family, ages ranging from 6 months to 62 years. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house was just what we needed, golf cart was a HUGE bonus, although the larger pool and beach are certainly walkable distance. The host was very communicative before and during the stay. They even got us a high chair, pack and play, and a toddler bed so we could make it work for our family. Highly recommend this host and this property. The smaller pool was right outside the villa, and I think we were the only people to use it during our entire stay.

Spacious Stay
The property was as advertised- it was spacious and suited us for the five adults that were vacationing together. We enjoyed the pool across the lot and the pool & beach accessible with the golf cart. We really enjoyed having access to the cart! We found the ocean to be rough in this location- I'm not sure if this was typical for this location or whether it was the time of year, but we explored a few other beaches in search of calmer waters. The villa is very close to the rainforest, which was fun to explore. The owners were responsive and helpful!

Family Reunion
I was born and raised in PR and although I have been back to visit several times, I had never done a VRBO booking. Ana and her brother Ian were very communicative and very accessible. We did not encounter any issues and the property was accurately listed. The Rio Grande property was well maintained and the property amenities available to us were an added bonus. We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. We highly recommend this property!

5+, Absolutely loved our stay at this property!! Lots of space for our family of 5, with grown children, but we spent little time indoors. Long stretch of beach and plenty to explore within gated community, golf cart a huge plus for getting to beach, pool, or resort and fitness center. Multiple restaurants/bars on property, like 5 O’clock Somewhere, but highly recommend Ritchie’s up the hill. Great view & delicious food. Easy drive to everything, rainforest, San Juan, Fajardo for snorkeling trip, bio bay, etc. Groceries up the road but home is well supplied with towels, beach chairs, kitchen items, even provided our laundry detergent at checkin. Checkin & check out seamless & immediate communication from host. Outstanding!!

Puerto Rico beach vacation
The location of the villa was perfect . Near the beach and pool. The beach was clean and easy to get too. The beach area has food and drinks. 10 min drive to the rainforest. The villa was well maintained. We had everything provided beach towels , beach chairs and beach accessories . Very spacious…. Ian was very helpful met us at the villa gave us a tour. He responded to our texts immediately. The golf cart was a bonus, made it very easy to get around. Lots to do around this area bourse back riding, kayaking , hiking , hopped a ferry to Vieques and Culebra a must see….We would definitely consider staying again….

Relaxing stay in Puerto Rico
We enjoyed our stay at the villa - the space was more than adequate for our family of 4 and we enjoyed having the pool directly across from the unit, a balcony area to relax on and the golf cart to get to the beach/hotel restaurants. Great resort area with plenty of fun Puerto Rico adventures nearby. Thank you for letting us stay at your home, we loved our first visit to the island!

pleasant and sufficient for our needs
We stayed here for a week, and the experience was mostly a good one. Some highlights included: having a golf cart available (it's a big property), nice kitchen (could use a pizza cutter and a couple spare washcloths!), beach toys and towels provided, laundry machines, very responsive and kind hosts, the security of being on the resort property, and generally having the space we needed to be comfortable as a family of six. The biggest downside was that a hot tub was on our list of "must-haves" for the place we rented, and it was listed when we booked 8 months beforehand, but the hot tub was not operational. Our family likes to spend basically each evening of a vacation in the hot tub before bed. But, I don't blame the hosts for this because the hot tub was likely functioning back when we booked. I hope the Villas will remedy this. We also had one fairly significant maintenance issue with the upstairs shower that we had to clean up after, but the hosts were very responsive, apologized for the inconvenience, and asked if we'd like a plumber over to to fix the problem (we opted to shower in the other two showers, but hopefully they'll have the upstairs shower looked at now that we've departed). One important thing to note is that you do not have access to the hotel's pool area when staying in these villas. You do have access to the 2 Villa pools, which are sufficient but nowhere near as amenity-filled as the hotel's pool area. Overall, we were comfortable here and it met our needs (besides the hot tub). It was not a luxurious rental, but comfortable and sufficient.

Great stay at Rio Mar
We really enjoyed our stay at Rio Mar. Ana reached out before we left on our and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in. Once we arrived it was so easy to check -in. The villa is very spacious. Everything was as described. The covered decks were great to sit out on. Having the pool right outside the unit was a big plus. We loved having the use of the golf cart. It made it so easy to get around the resort and to the beach everyday. The beach is beautiful and was not crowded at all during our stay. So it was very peaceful. The location is great. So close to restaurants, stores and activities. The property manager, Ian, was so responsive to any of our questions. Overall it was a terrific experience. We hope to be back!

Beautiful and cozy in a perfect location
This home is in a great location and just as described. The host was very welcoming and did guide us to the home even though we flew in very late at night. He even had a small batch of groceries so that we could have a good breakfast in the morning! The place is truly set up as a home and ready for use! We appreciated the high chair and playpen that were available for our baby. I would stay here over and over again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway in Paradise
Our family of six, husband, daughter, son-in-law, 12 year old grandson and 9 year old granddaughter just got back from a 10 day wonderful vacation. Our villa was perfect. Ian met us at the Wyndham, escorted us to our villa and gave us the grand tour. The villa had was beautiful and very comfortable with three full baths. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed except a good wine opener. We had beach towels, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. our grandson commented that the villa felt like home with its comfy decor. The golf cart was a plus as we used it to go to the beach and drive around. It was a short distance to the pools and the beach. Two drawbacks: no gas grill and only one king bed. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great place for Family!
Lovely and clean place. It's definitely has a homey feel and they provided lots of extras for our kids to use during our stay. Easy access to the pool, the golf cart made getting around easy, and we loved going to the beach on the resort looking for shells and swimming. Wifi and AC worked great. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay
The villa was nice and in a great location. The pool wasn’t open for use at any time. An appointment was needed due to Covid, but other pools had no restrictions. This was a little disappointing. The bathrooms were not very clean. The master bath had hair and dust all over the floor, toilets, and bathtub, and some dead bugs on the floor in certain spots on arrival. We had an issue with an air conditioning unit making noise which they fixed right away. The place could have been much cleaner but we wouldn’t rule out staying here again. Overall it was nice and the villa owners were great.

Breathtaking views
The owner, Ana, was very easy to communicate with whether it was via email or text, as well as her brother, Ian, whom hosted us upon our late arrival. They both went above and beyond for us in order to make our stay a pleasant one. We stayed for 8 days and it was absolutely amazing; the views, the people at the villa, the food, and the beach. There was a couple of items that were having issues prior to our arrival, but it was manageable; not a deal breaker for us. Bathroom to the queen size master; the toilet was running constantly. Also, the A/C wall unit to the king size master had a loud noise when the pump was full. Again, this were not a deal breaker, it was manageable within our stay. There is also a nice place to eat right around the corner called “Richie”, we highly recommend it. The view is breathtaking and the food is amazing. Overall, our stay is definitely a 5 STAR. We will be staying at the villa again, hopefully soon 😊. Thank you, Ana and Ian you guys were amazing!

Very nice property,
The house was clean, has nice views, and is conveniently located near outdoor activities and a grocery store. There is an excellent big beach nearby, on the property, especially for young kids too. Rio Grande Experience
We enjoyed the property, the beaches, the golf cart and all the amenities provided in the kitchen to make ourselves meals. The beds were comfortable and we loved having three full bathrooms for us and our two grown up children . The kids bunk bedroom was a very small space with no windows but would accommodate little children and stay nice and dark . We enjoyed the balcony and the open doors and windows with the breezes coming through the house . The master was very spacious and glad To have the air conditioning to cool down the space when needed !! The owners were very friendly , helpful, And responsive. We appreciated how Ian greeted us at arrival and took us to the unit and gave us the tour. :). Overall Enjoyable stay ! !

Pleasantly surprised it included everything literally ! Beautiful to wake up to your morning views it was quiet and clean! Loved having access to the washer and dryer and other than buying food there was ample access to cooking and baking pans, glasses , tableware plenty of sitting space for everyone would definitely rent there again!

The perfect place for us!
Being a group of 7 we wanted to find a place big enough to give everyone space. This condo was exactly what we needed. We traveled with teens ages 13-20 and they were all very comfortable in this place. The golf cart made it super easy to move around the resort and the kids surely loved driving it around. House was fully stocked with everything we ever needed. It was great having a washer & dryer in the house, we picked lighter due to it.

Fabulous Puerto Rico vacation!
We went to Rio Grande with a large group for a wedding. Most of the out of town guests and wedding party stayed in the condos and wedding party stayed in the condos at Rio Mar. it was wonderful to all be together only a golf cart away and share our activities together pool and beachside. The condos were very spacious and clean and had more amenities than we could have asked for. Everything about this place is fabulous. Can’t wait to return.

VRBO on Wyndham Rio Grande property
Location was great to what we wanted for a family vacation!! Close to beach, pool right across from the property, golf cart made it so great to cruise around entire property. We were close to rain forest, great restaurants, shopping and other day trips for exploring by car. All amenities and conveniences and then some were provided by owners who were very helpful with every request we had!! Can’t wait for our next trip to the island!

Had a very good experience staying in this Villa. Good location close to beach and pools, golf cart a plus, restaurants & rain forest nearby and any time we needed anything, Ana's brother responded immediately. Would stay here again if we come back to this area.

Condo was perfect for our vacation to Puerto Rico
Condo was very clean, furnished well, kitchen was well equipped and supplies provided (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.). There were even coolers and a small grill to use and items for the beach if needed. Beds were very comfortable. Very short drive to the Beach within the Condo grounds. Pool was steps away from the Condo. Having a Washer and Dryer in the unit was so convenient. Was wonderful to have air conditioning throughout the condo. Condo grounds completely secure with guarded gates to enter the grounds and guarded gates to enter each condo cluster. Great Communication with property owner. One downfall was the lock on the front door, seemed hard to get in at times. Would recommend staying at the condo. Great vacation.

Family paradise
The unit was perfect for the family. Everything was clean and well stocked. Loved having beach towel and toys to take down to the beach. The unit is in cluster 4 - you have access to two pool and the beach. The pools and beach were all ours during the week - filled up on the weekend. The location of the unit within the Resort is a bit windy and full of speed bumps. The Resort is very safe - there are guards all over the resort. The resort is about 45 minutes from San Juan but close to all the water activities like Bio Bay and snorkeling tours. We really liked eating at the Kaskos - about 10 minutes away and has about 30 different places to eat (all directly on the beach). The beds were comfortable and everyone had enough room to spread out. Only draw back - only 1 TV with limited selection. We worked around this by streaming what we wanted. We loved this family vacation.

Great stay!
Our stay in Ana's villa was fantastic. They were extremely responsive when we reached out about a few small things. Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids had plenty of room to spread out and sleep accommodations were great. Location was convenient for all of our day trips. Plenty of restaurants were right down the road. Rain Forest was a short drive. Would definitely stay again if we end up vacationing in this area!

Very child and adult friendly condo within walking distance to pool.
The condo was very comfortable with a pool a few steps away. A larger pool and beach access were nearby. Games and pool toys galore are furnished. Ana is a quick text away if you need help. She is a most congenial hostess. We all, 4 adults and 2 children, had an amazing time!

Great Time!
The condo was pretty, clean, well maintained, and stocked nicely. It also is in a GREAT location--very close to multiple beaches and the El Yunque National Park. It is on the grounds of the Wyndham resort which are very pretty. We had a great time zip lining in El Yunque, snorkeling on the nearby islands and beaching it at the resort's beach club. Ana is a wonderful hostess. She meet us at the condo and gave us great information about the area. She was also very responsive when we had questions. Overall, I highly recommend this rental.

Great stay and lovely villa.
We really enjoyed our stay at Ana's villa. Ana makes sure she stocks the kitchen and bathroom with necessities. Many VRBOs don't give you all the basics, but Ana did! Thank you Ana for meeting us at the airport and showing us the way to the villa and getting us settled in. We loved the pool and the beach and the close proximity to Fajardo and El Yunque. We had a lovely stay in Puerto Rico and will definitely return.

Well equipped house in a great location, close to the ocean. Easy access to El Yunque Rain Forest.
Very nice villa within a secure, maintained resort. Great access to beach, resort restaurants and easy drive to Old San Jaun and the El Yunque Rain Forest. Owner was friendly and responded promptly and thoroughly to all inquiries during the booking process and while we stayed at her villa. The villa is spacious, clean and quite comfortable for a family or group of friends travelling together.
