The room was super small and there were no doors on either the bathroom or shower. You had to watch each other shower or leave the room. There were no phone or tv that worked in the room. The room was so small you could barely walk around. They took several pictures of our id and credit card then came back to our room and asked to take them again. We felt like it was false advertisement with the room and what it looked like.

This hotel is centrally located in San Juan. 9 min from the airport, 15 min to Old San Juan and many other locations. The staff was amazing. They were quick to respond to our needs and very helpful in referring you to good eateries within walking distance. There is a Dennys restaurant across the street, a 24 hour supermarket/ deli and the beach is a 5 min walk. Amazing location and we are definitely going back.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the best staff that I’ve experienced. They were very nice. However, the hotel just opened and we had issues. At night the AC spit out ice and water on my wife’s face. There was no vent in the shower. We did get a small open room, so the no vent could be an issue. The sink leaked if you filled it with water. The way the shower is setup in the open smaller room, the hotel needs to provide a mat or towels to put outside of the shower because the water rolls outside of the shower and could cause someone to slip. The ramp going down out the front door gets super wet when it rains. There are sand paper strips, but they are spread out. I slipped three times going out. There are open utility holes in front of the hotel. A young lady stepped in one. If someone with bigger feet or size stepped in there it could have been disastrous. Those two things could make the hotel liable for injuries, so they should address immediately. The staff was nice and the coffee was good.

As the first person who stayed in my new very clean room I was very disappointed that there was only one person on the premise responsible for everything checking and housekeeping included. He did not know how to connect me to the WiFi or the television. I was traveling on business and I could not attend two important zoom meetings. I was without inter net services and without access to a television my entire stay . As a pastor and attorney this was devastating and it affected the purpose of my stay that was paid by a client. The nice gentleman on the premises smiled and never returned. Upon checkout I waited for a supervisor who never showed up, never responded to my text or to my email. This was very disappointing because it is a beautiful place with very poor service

Beautiful stay at San Juan’s newest hotel..it’s still under construction but to our surprise the room was perfect. Plumbing for the shower could’ve been better but I guess they were still preparing everything. Great amenities and the 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants really make it worth it!
