“The place was clean and was extraordinary about utilizing the space that it had. Kids fit perfectly in the bunks. Communication was a breeze and the property manager did a great job with it. The pool/hot tub area was being renovated, so don’t plan on using that for a while. ”

Owner very accessable although we had zero problems. Highly recommend. The space is much nicer than the photos portray.”

“Our family of 4 had a simply amazing time staying at this property. The condo was great, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The close proximity to the pool area couldn't be beat. Our kids had an absolute blast!”

“This placed is perfectly set in the middle of downtown Durango. You can walk everywhere. The size of the condo was great for the short weekend we stayed. The negative part was that we could hear our upstairs neighbor at all times. But other than that we had a great time. ”

“Super clean unit in the perfect location for exploring Ouray and the surrounding area. Short walk along the river path into town, great parking, full kitchen for cooking. Communication with property management team was easy, absolutely no issues. We would definitely stay in this unit, or other VRC properties, in the future. ”
