This is a beautiful hotel. Clean and updated. Staff are professional & kind. Warm welcome. Great food at the hotel restaurant.Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants & a nice park for walks. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel was fine/comfortable rooms, great views, quiet. It fails on small details- the in room coffee pods were of a completely different brand than the machine, the air controls seemed to switch off without warning, the ironing board collapsed/was broken.

The property is excellent, and the service is top-notch. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, I did not receive the VIP perks as advertised on the Expedia website. Additionally, despite the website stating "free valet parking," I was actually charged for parking. Moreover, while the property claims to be pet-friendly, the associated fee is not disclosed until arrival. Having knowledge of these fees beforehand would have allowed me to make a more informed decision based on my budget.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel but with Expedia. Immediately after realizing I had made a mistake in my reservation date, I tried to contact Expedia to no avail. They kept saying my reservation didn't exist but charged me for the room. I am very disappointed with Expedia. The hotel personnel was very helpful in trying to explain why only Expedia could make the cancelation.

Very comfortable hotel, great location, in a shopping mall, next to the Tangamanga Park. The Citadella shopping center had a movie theater, bowling alley, skating rink, bank/atm, and of course shops and dining - apple store, nike, puma & addidas, burger king, krispy kreme and others. My only issue was the toilet water pressure was nonexistent and the toilet clogged several times (shower water pressure was great). I was told by maintenance staff that it was a known issue specific to our room.

I was a little disappointed to not have a view of the park. I was told "next time". The comforters on the bed are way too thick. I could not sleep well, I would wake up sweating, so I would remove the comforter, then I would wake up cold, back and forth, I suggest some blankets that are thinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice other than the view The restaurant was also very nice, very good food

So I had to literally beg and ask for the USD 10 benefit. Also they did not even want to upgrade my room and the General manager of the hotel said that. Also , they wanted to charge me total for breakfast also and said that the credit doesn’t apply but I told that the reception person told me it does and after 15 mins of making them understand they gave the credit. Horrible experience and the manager did not even want to have a chat with me

This is the second time staying at this property and I could not be happier, I get treated like a princess THANK YOU! Upon arrival, we got an upgrade room without extra cost. When I walked into the room, I found a cake waiting for me and fruit. Thank you. The rooms are big and so are the bathrooms. Everything was working in perfect conditions. The food is fabulous, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, although I think is a bit expensive, $350.00 pesos per person. The options in the buffet vary most mornings, and of course sometimes is better than others, but overall good breakfast and options. The staff bends backwards to ensure that our stayed was as pleasant as possible THANK YOU SUSSI in the front and Mauro R. in the restaurant and everyone else, THANK YOU THANK YOU!
