Worst house I have ever rented thru VRBO
Our experience in this house was not pleasant. We read the reviews before we booked and they are very misleading except for one. The entire house was not clean. We ran out of toilet paper and there was a serious lack of towels. The master bedroom bed had no blankets or pillows and when we stripped the bed there was no mattress cover, only pee pads. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases. The kitchen was not well stocked which made it almost unusable. There was very little silverware, no mixing bowls and I ended up washing the plates and glasses before we used them. Only a small hotel size coffee pot was provided. There was a broken curtain rod that was taped, bent blinds, hair in the bathrooms and showers, holes in walls, missing light bulbs and lights that didn't work. We use VRBO multiple times a year for sports team travels and this was by far the worst. The backyard was unusable due to the pool being green and dirty, the outdoor furniture was filthy (bird excrement, dust, etc). It truly was awful. We actually ended up leaving a day early and staying in a hotel room because we all started to get congested and had runny noses which cleared up quickly after we left the house.

Easter weekend with grand babies!
We love to come stay at this property as our grandkids live just around the corner. It’s a very nice property. We haven’t been able to enjoy the backyard in either of our stays yet.

Overall our stay was just okay. We showed up knowing the location slept 8.. what we didn’t know was that that included mattresses to lay out on the floor… not a pull out bed. We had plenty of pillows but not enough bedding for the floor mattress and no pillow cases for the extra pillows. All the supplies that was left was literally the bare minimum. We ran out of toilet paper very quickly and were told we needed to start the dishwasher but did not have any dishwashing pads. We did have an incident with the shower which was handled very quickly. The location of the house was great and check in went smoothly. I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re needing a house that has a convenient location and don’t plan to stay there throughout the day this might be the place for you.

Gorgeous Home and Patio
Easy entry. Far from airport, took taxi [had probs picking up vehicle till the next day], but no taxi would pick us up cuz 'no service in San Tan'. Hours later we finally got a Lyft to go pick up rental. Most of what we wanted to see was in Mesa/Phoenix/Chandler area so it was a drive to get there. However, my sister and daughter loved the house/grounds - especially the cacti. They want to return.Gorgeous master suite. Kitchen had everything.

Other than finding random things to clean up and having to do some cleaning myself, it was pretty awesome! Such a great community, people wave at one another. My children made some of the neighbors day! It was a great time!

Great home for a good price
We got to go in winter so the pool was closed in the backyard but there was supposedly a heated pool for the community which was nice. Neighborhood felt safe and check in wasn’t too bad. Just had to call the host for the pin to get in but past that, we had no issues. And got a great price compared to other homes in queen creek

Well equipped!!
The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not use the pool at the house because it was too cold but the backyard was very nice. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, but not well equipped
The house was very nice. The kitchen did not have the dishes I would expect. There were only 5 forks, and not one mixing bowl. There were no washcloths or hand towels provided. After driving several hours to get there, it was a little frustrating that the host had not sent me information to access the house. He did respond very quickly when I reached out, though.

Great stay
Owner was great with communication! His house was literally 6 minutes away from my family’s house. House was very spacious, clean and welcoming! It was more than enough room for my family of 4. Neighborhood was very quiet. I will definitely rent here in the future!
