It was quiet,clean and undergoing renovation so I'm sure it'll be better once thats done. Lack of plentiful outlets in the room. Had to unplug the room's alarm clock so I could charge my phone. The breakfast was bare basics

The lady Cindy at the desk was very nice. The bathroom lighting was really bad. Not bright enough. The temperature of the water of the shower was also not sufficiently hot. I realize that you don't want it too hot but it really could have been hotter. Someone also needs to empty the trash at the outside containers more frequently. It was filled most of the time I was there in a 5 day period. Also, you are obviously going through a renovation. Hope you address these issues.

Shower had mold in corners. Towels were very rough. Floor edges were dirty TV was small and very poor picture. Breakfast had very little actual food. Needed to go out and get breakfast and coffee as the coffee maker would on take the little packets they provide. Will not stay again.

Hotel is in the middle of badly needed renovations. The room was musty and the carpet damp in spots. Couldn't get the Wifi to work. Breakfast is very limited. Would not stay again.

The has areas that were under renovations. It wasn’t a problem but it just made the hotel look a little dirty and out of date. The rooms are ok if you are staying for one night. It was very easy to get to since it’s right off of the highway.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathtub did not drain, the toilet was plugged, the phone did not work and I could not get internet. I tried calling the front desk on my personal phone but there was no answer.

Lot of construction and renovations going on. Got a bit lost cause of how wide the hotel is and hard to get used to where to park and explore where my room was. That’s my only issue. Room was nicely cleaned by housekeeping and the king size was big and comfy for my brother and I. Had a good stay overall.

Employee threaten to kill me
Hotel employee Nathan was very rude to me. Then he threatened me and followed me to my truck. Swearing and threatening my the whole way. Made me feel very unsafe.

Called hotel because of reviews that stated hotel was under renovation and services were not provided. Person I spoke to assured me the renovation was completed and all services would be available. Upon arrival it was very obvious the hotel was indeed under construction. Hallways were in bad shape and rooms were being stripped remodeled etc. The room I stayed in was comfortable and I was not disappointed with it. Why lie?? With the condition and the high priced rooms I may not have stayed but to lie about it is unprofessional. I also was told by staff that the owners lie all the time and only think of profits! Shame
