The room was spacious and comfortable. The coffee bar was nice and the bathroom counter was large. We loved it!
Side note: I meant to tell the hotel that the two area rugs are a trip hazard because they don’t have a rug pad underneath. When I lifted my suitcase to put it on the bench at the foot of the bed, the rug slipped under me and I almost fell. A rug pad with a rubber bottom would prevent that.

Location was great…property was peaceful and well kept. Felt safe to walk to dining and grocery.
We did enjoy our stay here however i need to point a couple of concerns out…
The couch really needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. It was stained and dirty, we placed a sheet on cushions in order to sit on it.
Floors did not look dirty but when i wiped spilled water from it the napkin turned black. I clorox wiped the floor just to feel comfortable.
I think housekeeping needs to be more detailed when cleaning.

The hotel is right by the beach, and there are a couple of good restaurants a short walk away. But other than that, we had a very poor experience here. The room seemed updated but carpet was dirty. We noticed several ants. No elevators. AC made loud noises randomly, so we had to just keep it off ...
