"We were in Ventura for a golf tournament and enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, had a fully-equipped kitchen, great TVs, and plenty of room for three of us. However, the air conditioning is just in the primary bedroom and very loud. We didn't use it. Also, the primary bathroom really needs updating, while the guest bathroom was updated and nice! We were 7 minutes from town and the harbor by car and found some wonderful eateries in the town center."

"The house was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. It was close to the wedding venue. Easy access to freeway. What caught my interest was it “walking distance to beaches”. That’s true if you’re a young person who likes to walk a ways. I thought it was literally down the street but you have to cross over a freeway. I gave 4 stars because it is not suitable for light sleepers as it is between a busy street and freeway. Otherwise no complaints."

Overnight stop in Santa Barbara

"We stayed overnight on route to LA accommodation was very close to waterfront which was very convenient. Great that there was a lift to help with getting luggage upstairs. We had a balcony with chairs so was not confined to the room which was nice. Only downside was you could hear every door open / close so it could be a bit noisy at times during the night."

Great family vacation spot.

"This was a family vacation to escape the Bakersfield heat. The hotels location allowed us to walk everywhere. We walked to shops, beach, and restaurants. The room had a private patio, TV, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. They serve breakfast between 8 and 10 am. We enjoyed our stay. Missing amenities would be a comfy chair, a TV that swivels, and more comfortable beds. This being said, we would definitely stay here again."
