Courtesy and a fast flight!
I sat next to an off duty flight attendant from Alaska airlines and I just want to say she was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone with my 14 month old son and they made it so much easier for me
The quality (volume and clarity of announcements over PA on planes is appallingly bad. Sometimes its so loud it HURTS my ears, sometimes speed of speaking and innunciation is almost unintelligable. Then you get one of these "Chatty Kathy" pilots/co-pilots. OMG!
Flight was an hour late
Was like flying a private flight. Pilots were great flight attendant was superb. Great experience.
I would recommend that airline whenever they are available It was fantastic flight and service
Thanks for getting us there safely!
It was the busiest travel day of the year and the staff at the Denver Airport were very efficient in getting everyone checked in. One woman in particular was amazing, she didn't check me in so I didn't get her name, but she was excellent in moving things along and everyone in line was commenting on how great she was!
