“We were so pleased with the location of this home. It felt like a home away from home.. The beds were comfortable everything you would need in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close quick walk down the stairs to the beach. Crows Nest for dining right down the way. We all were very happy.”

“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach, market & harbor is nearby with coffee place & restaurants. The house had great gathering spaces for meals; big dining room table, & big table out on the back deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & appliances. We barbecued every night with room for 10 around the table . Owner was responsive & very helpful. ”

“Wonderful property in a perfect location! Some initial confusion about which unit to go into (right of the garage, upstairs! ). Otherwise great host and house, we'll be back!”

“This is a unique property set back from the road, giving it an isolated feel despite being mere steps away from Westcliff. Cozy, relaxed, charming place. Khristina is great, super communicative and very fast to respond to anything you need. On the shortlist of places to consider when coming to Santa Cruz.”

“Perfect location, cute and quaint beach home accommodations! We loved having a little yard to hang out in and more than one bathroom. Be aware that all the beds are on the small size if you have tall folks in your group: the enclosed porch has two small (twin?) beds plus a daybed, the second bedroom has two small (twin?) beds, and the master has what I think was a full size bed. Could accommodate up to 7 small folks. Bring your own bath soap. ”
