“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. “Enjoyable stay. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated and in a convenient location (as promised) close to the beach and downtown. The kitchen had all needed items and large enough to easily allow meal preparation. Host was highly responsive to questions.Only survey question that was hard to respond to since it was not part of our stay was the “winery experience” - gave a “3” rating when a N/A would be more appropriate! ”
